It basicly says that a person (it dont say Mr Jørgensen) has been arrested due to economic crime. The person has taken large amounts from “client accounts” to finance personal spending. He has purchased a Porche Cherokee, an expensive apartment in Trondheim and so on.
He had in 2003 only a very modest income, so the authorities found this spending a bit strange…..
