Today we had some problems with our database that lasted several hours.
We have fixed them and all is back to normal. Your accounts are correct
and all surfed days until today. For those who have surfed earlier in
the day we ask if you could please surf again as this has been erased.
Those who have logged in and recieved an “user not found” error please
try again. All should be well.

If you have any problems feel free to submit us a support ticket. We We
will not reply to tickets about the problem with the missed earnings
beacuse it’s fixed already as we have the database working right now.

For these of you who posted in our forum or sent us tickets asking why
you have may not of been paid below are the reasons..

1. You didnt earn $10 USD or more from surfing the previous month.
2. You chose to be paid via Moneybrookers in this case you will have to
wait 24 more hours for our manager to finish processing payouts.
3. If you upgraded via stormpay and didn’t get paid : Note: The members
who upgraded with stormpay can get payment where they want (intgold,
e-gold, moneybookers) but there is 45 days waiting period from the date
of their last stormpay upgrade until they are able to get a payment.
It’s to protect us from fraud and chargebacks.

Please forgive us if we don’t reply to your tickets asking why you
didn’t get paid. If you dont have enough earnings in the previous month you
will not be able to get paid and will have to wait until the next
payment period.

We are also recieving a few tickets asking us to pay members in
advance. We will not do this sorry. We have rules in place to help secure our
stablity and help us help you earn more.

All payments (2000+) have been sent to the users who were egilible and
upgraded with egold or intgold. All moneybookers payment will be send
in 24 hours.
