We constantly get asked the same questions over and over, unfortunately for the User, it is not productive for us to answer them over and over, and it is not fair to other Users who need their Inquiries answered. From another Company, we have adopted the idea of using a YahooGroup Forum. We think it’s a good idea because it is easy to use, readily available, and separate from our System in case our System ever went off-line for any reason. Question 1) Why has my Support Question not been answered?
Answer 1:
Read the Statement before this Question. Your Answer is more than likely there. You may also have sent your Question to wrong Department. A list of Support Addresses can be found inside the Member’s Area under “Help and Support”.
Note: Our Servers are reporting a number of bounced eMails going to the address “do_not_reply10000@eeecurrency.com”. That is a non functional eMail address. You will never get a Support response from that Address.

DXSystem Reversal Credits have been applied back to all Accounts from the List that DXINONE supplied to us. We are not responsible for any other than this, and we can not determine what they will do or when they will do it. We are a Business separate from them.
WE WILL NOT REVERSE, CREDIT, OR OTHERWISE ALTER ANY TRANSACTION OUT SIDE OF THIS LIST. If your Transaction was not on this list, we will not Reverse the Transaction. The eeeCurrency.com System was designed for Irreversible, Irrevokable, and Non Repudiated payments that we not due to a eeeCurrency.com Technical Issue. This does not include the User’s Typographical errors or incorrect spending amount. In the case of User error, reconciliation MUST be handled between the Sender and Receiver of Funds. Please read eeeCurrency.com’s User Agreement at https://eeecurrency.com/m/agreement.cgi - The Agreement applies to all Accounts created on or after the revision date at the bottom of the Agreement.
If a User defrauded you, your only recourse may be through legal efforts. Please contact Legal Representation or Law Enforcement to help you. eeeCurrency.com will disable an Account that is being used for obvious illegal purposes according to Laws or eeeCurrency.com’s Jurisdiction.
