Until now, uniclear was one of the better value DCs on the market. I think a lot of people are concerned, since they haven’t funded accounts for a while. I myself was about to fund my uniclear account when I caught the news… lucky!!!
I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with other DCs, especially Maestro or Visa based… I live in Japan and they do not use Cirrus. I am thinking of opening up an E-Fidex account, they want a lot of documents though. Notarized as well which means a trip to the embassy = 1 day and about $300… Not too happy about that, but if that is what it takes for peace of mind then I will open an E-Fidex or Loyal Bank account.
What are your experiences with the various cards on the market… anyone used blue banking?? Freedom Card?? any others>>??

I’m using TheGoldShop’s Debit card, funded quite a few times, reliable. Not exactly fast, but definitely reliable, turn around time about 3-4 days for now.
