This was in answer to a question on whether the restructured program will go private.
Bryan may not publicly comment on suggestions made, but he does take note of them. For those who were here at the changeover from GW to PIPS there was a very long thread which contained suggestions and comments from members, this helped to structure the PIPS format.
The restructuring does take into consideration the points on private operations, greed, envy and sabatuers. One of the core reasons PIPS did not go private is that there are so many little guys out there that need help and restricting the numbers preclude many of those people.
Having said that the restructuring will offer two opportunities.
1. For the little guy, this will have an upper limit to the amount that can be loaned, gets rid of the greed merchants for this program.
2. A private invitation only program that will be for the higher end accredited net worth guys.
The forums etc. will also be totally private, members only will be allowed to read or post in the forums.
Please do not ask questions on how the restructuring and programs work, because I will not release any of that information at the moment.

Bullshit in my opinion. Anyone who’s clinging on tiny hope that you can get your PIPS money back should really give up and please do not follow Bryan Marsden next plan or whatsoever which is gonna surface.

I had faith in the Pips program and hope things do come right soon.
A very good friend of mine introduced us to Pips after being very enthusastic after attending the Pips conference in Hawaii.
I joined in April last year and at the moment am regreting it, as I put every last cent we had into the program hoping for a good return on our money.
We left a country called Zimbabwe with nothing but a plane fair to Australia where now my son and daughter live.
My wife and I are in our seventies with no pension and have to rely on our married children to support us which is very unfair, as they also have a growing family and battle to survive.
Our Hope was Pips. Unfortunately sofar this has not worked out. But here’s hoping. It is up to you Brian. There are many people like us who put everything they had into your program.
There are many Battlers like ourselves who rely on you to get the program going again soon.
You sound like a genuine person with all the intentions of helping.

Hi Richard, sad to hear that you’re still pinning hope on BM. It’s kind of hard to accept, but he seems to be spinning alot of people around, giving them false hopes that PIPS will still be making a come back.
Sounding genuine isn’t good enough at times, we have to look at facts. BM is currently under investigation by Bank Negara, Malaysia. Should he be genuine, he should clear this matter up and not start something like a crappy lotto game to get more money in.

I too was introduced to PIPS in 2005… with the hopes of getting myself out of debt after a bad marriage breakup… I invested 5000.00US. Hoping that at this point in time I would have accomplished my goal.

What this experience has taught me… trust your guts… and don’t hope for glory.

Honestly, I highly doubt you could get your money back from PIPS, and most probably the investigation that Bank Negara is doing is gonna take years.
Are you in by anyway in any programs at this point?
I am like Jude. I would love to simply get my money back. Can anyone tell me what I should be doing to, possibly, make that happen?

HI MY HUSBAND PASS AWAY ON 11/16/04 I REALY DON’T KNOW ANY THING ABOUT PIPS BUT I WISH I DID. HE GOT US INTO THIS FROM A FRIEND AT WORK. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW THINGS ARE GOING AND IF WE WELL GET ANY OF OUR MONEY BACK.

The failure of PIPS is not only a disappointment on an individual bases but on a world wide bases.
PIPS had it succeed, could have been the spark that would have been the beginning of the golden age for mankind. We could have changed to the world by having financial power to change some of the rules. We could have created responsible capitalism. We also would have been very happy on an individual bases as we secure our lives and those less fortunate than we.
There is talk about PIPS being revived but that is a snow ball’s chance in hell. The best way to describe this failure is to compare it to a violent rape. The victim is forced to perform oral sex with a canker covered, pus oozing penis, drowning and choking the victim, filling the lungs and nasal passages with a foul smelling mixture of urine, syphilitic pus and stale alcohol laden semen.
Because of this failure, people around the globe will have to endure fecal and urine laden water and sleep on cold wet stone as this cancer rot spreads through our social infrastructure, pushing mankind back to the brink of the dark ages.
People, we got to make PIPS work. The fate of millions if not billions rests on the shoulders of Bryan and the success of PIPS. Knowing our history and the nature of man, I would not hold my breath.

Hope these type programs to “help the litle guy” but not knowing how the world operates, - destroys on all fronts.
No room for ignorance, innocence and denial in this industry - especially now.
