From the date of the 26th of November 2005 (following the EOS of that day), a further alteration to the operating capability of the DXPortfolios will come into effect. This change will see that, should an OA fee be paid from an internal balance (DXAccount Available, DXPortfolio Reserve or DXDebit Available), the earnings of the DXPortfolio’s TDV during that session will continue but this same value will be added to the Credit Line to restrict any gain.

This change will ensure that all persons who wish to correctly operate their DXPortfolio will be able to do so in a fair and equal manner and no longer continue to earn on the ‘credit’ provided by cycled TDV’s or over allocated DXDebit.

DXUsers who have pending OutXchanges will remain unaffected while waiting; however the user could opt to reduce the DXDebit Used and lower the TDV and OA fee down to a more manageable level if they wished to continue to receive DXDebit.

Those portfolios that have continued to keep their TDV within a manageable level will be able to continue as they have been and begin to gain the higher earnings that will benefit from these changes.

A DXPortfolio operator who wishes to hold their TDV can do so and wait for their OutXchanges to be processed; however to keep their DXPortfolio active, the OA fee will still need to be paid even if it is from the internal balances (as described above). They will be able to (at any time) reset the DXPortfolio’s status by InXchanging and immediately gain the allocated DXDebit again the following session.

IMO it sounds too complicating to understand for now.
