Customer service goes a long way. If it is with an exchanger, I think it is worth one or two extra percent on the trade to know that you are going to be looked after along the way. I have exchanged twice with e-forex gold and they were damned good at taking care of problems. They corrected a mistake that they made within hours.
With the recent login problems I have seen on Fast Market I had pause to think. Wouldn’t things be better if they could take a leaf out of some of the exchange companies books? Send people a mail to reassure them that they haven’t just been scammed. With the business we are in, a scam is always a possibility. It is easy for a company to lose stability if it is offline for just a few hours. It would save a lot of worry if admins would just notify the customers that some problems are taking place and they are doing their best to resolve them. Of course, scam hyips do this from time to time, but even if it does turn out to be a scam, people do rest a little easier for a day or two.
