In order to properly credit all formerly Singaporean members for 3 oustanding days of missed earnings, we are going to compensate all members who were unable or who did not earn for surfing on Nov. 26, 27, and 28. If the upgrade(s) in question are still in progress or if you have no pending payouts, the monies will be added to your account balances. If you have no active upgrades but only pending withdrawal(s), the missing amount will be added to your pending withdrawal.

Even if you were not one of the suspended accounts, if you did not surf that day, you will receive credit and surf earnings for those days because of this process. So, please do not submit a ticket regarding this.

Note also that the earnings will be credited one day at time over the course of today and tomorrow. So, do not be alarmed if the full amount of missed earnings does not appear until the end of the day tomorrow.

Once all of these compensations have been done, we will close all related tickets. Only reopen the ticket if it has pasted midnight November 4 and your earnings are still incorrect.
