[...] Interestingly, we were just discussing about NetIBA/ Stormpay refunds here. We are pleased to share with you an excited announcement from Stormpay. As of today at noon, StormPay will be permanantly lowering it’s fee for receiving funds from 6.9% down to 2.9% for all NetIBA certified account holders. [...]

You guys have completely sold me on Stormpay and NetIBA. As soon as I have the cash at my disposal, which will be a while, due to some unscheduled partial unemployment, I am going to switch to stormpay for any autosurfing.

I have a little paycheck due from 12DP this monday. Just short of $400. $400 more going in, I am aiming to get my profits over the $1K mark for each payment. I will then have enough seed money for some fairly aggressive moves that I will be making. It is good to be back in the game.

Hi again,
I read all the way through the terms and policy of the filing a claim section and as I understand it you can file a claim up to $250, not bad. Also it states that your only allowed to submit 3 per year. If you carry on reading it's actually 3 invalid claims per year will cause you to have certain privelages revoked (or words to that effect). As i've said previously i've had 6 successful refunds using this but they have all been valid claims.
Like you said jude they don't guarantee it but having said that if your quick enough when a site dissappears chances are you'll get your refund before they've had a chance to withdraw all their money as I think that part takes a few days especially with very large amounts so all in all not a bad little safety net for us to fight with against scam sites.

I started a new thread earlier at goldentalk letting everyone know the 12 autosurfs i'll be staying with over the christmas period as I think most of them will make it into the new year, hope so. Everyone is welcome to comment.

     Merry Christmas All :)

I've just read Stormpay's terms & conditions on the refunds. Well they don't guarantee your full sum being refunded, they'll just refund you what they can OFF the Stormpay account that scammed you.

Well it's still a feature that can be well used

Hi Jude,
I'm not sure if there is a limit on how much the deposit is, so far the largest deposit I made and got returned was one for about $60, the one for rainsurf was for $24. This is very useful as it does kind of make depositing with autosurfs virtually failsafe. If you make a deposit and the program pays that's great, if they turn out to be a scam you just get your deposit back. I have no doubt that sooner or later there will be something come about which stops this but until then i'm starting to deposit a little into higher % sites now as long as it's via stormpay and the site is NETIBA registered. If you can lessen the risk of your investment then it's got to be an edge.
I'm not recommending in anyway that anyone attempts to abuse this feature, i'm sure some will try but I do believe you have to have a valid claim. If it's used properly it will not be taken away and it gives the investors a big edge over the scam sites which I seriously don't think most of them know about, it must have been a surprise to all 6 owners when I got refunded those deposits, I must stress that all 6 sites were definite scams and I did submit proof at the time of filing the claims which I assume was why they were honoured.
I hope i've helped a few get their deposits returned to them and given some the confidence needed to invest in some newer sites without the threat of a loss.

       Merry Christmas :)

Ah, so we should make use of this feature for now right? :) As far as I can see, 12DP is NetIBA certified.. hmmmm! Is there a limit to how much will they refund?

Thank you for this entry. Was thinking, is it easy to claim back the amount from Stormpay as you described? If it is, then NetIBA/ Stormpay might be useful somehow.

Hi all,
So far Jude i've used this six times and recieved my money within 24hrs, the quickest being within an hour, you remember estrix? I deposited the day before they closed but got my money back in 2hrs, this was after they had actually closed, this is why I only deposit in autosurfs now that are netiba certified and only deposit via stormpay.
I've only ever used this when I know the site in question to be a scam and can prove it. I've heard of people trying to use this unjustifiably and didn't get their money, understandably. If it's used against sites which close that's great that you can get your money back, I have no doubt that some try to abuse this feature and I fear that will eventually lead to stormpay revoking this feature. It is a kind of safety net though, very cool.
Merry Christmas :)
