Well, here’s the latest chunk and slice of Alientrust Tidbits. Things are getting back to normal, just as 12 Daily Pro are steam rolling over their problems. These two still look like a good bet, and they continue to keep their word - a rarity in this world. But, as always, look out for flags!

    “Please read our latest update.

    Hello Everyone,

You are receiving this message from the support system from AlienTrust. Please excuse the length, but this is very informative.

We want to first off thank everyone for remaining patient with us in our transfer to our new server. We know that several tickets are being submitted on very legitiment terms, however, in order to provide the very best support, we will need to take these tickets in an orderly fashion.

We are going to start by saying again, please do not submit any tickets that are not pertaining to missing upgrades. This is our #1 concern right now. We know several upgrades are still not posted from members accounts and we are making this our #1 priority. If you have a support ticket open or on hold in the system at this time for this issue, please check your status to see if it requires additional information.

We are going to be closing all open tickets that are not pertaining to missing upgrades. This way we can fully adjust our time to completing this large task. Once this is completed we will be working on missed days for surfing. Please refrain from opening any ticket unless it is a missing upgrade.

    ***Very Important***

We ran the surf holiday script on the 29th. This was ran for the 26th, 27th, and 28th. The script has credited all members accounts that had a current upgrade running. If you didn’t surf, you were credited. However, if you had an upgrade expire on one of those days, you may qualify for a credit. We will be concentrating on that after we get the missing upgrades credited. Please do NOT open a new ticket about this until we contact you again through this mailer.

Another issue that is commonly being addressed is that when you surfed on the 29th, your last ROI credited said the 28th. The reason you saw this was because some of you had surfed on the 29th before the surf holiday script had been ran, of course the last day that was ran was the 28th so it replaced the 29th with the last day the system credited you. If you surfed the 15 sites needed to receive your daily ROI on the 29th, you were credited. We will not credit members accounts for this day. The surfing tab was open and the system was fully functional.

Another problem that members are experiencing is that mozilla browser is causing issues when returning from the surf bar. This is being looked into at this time and we are making arrangements to accomidate those who had problems and may have missed surfing.

Other questions and answers to help clear up things with some of the tickets.

    No Activation Email?
We do Not require our members to activate their account through email. Upon signing up, your account is active.

    My Site Isn’t Receiving Views?
Be sure to allocate credits to your sites after you have validated it. This is very simple, hit the “Allocate Credits” tab to the right of your credits in the members area and assign an amount of credits to it for site views.

What is the link to the surf bar?
You will click “Ad Viewer” to go into the surf bar.

How many sites must I surf?
15 sites to earn your daily ROI.

We are running at full speed again and are going to have to regulate on the way things are going to be caught up in the support system. We have alot of respect and concern for every member of our program and are only trying to provide the best possible support we can. On occasion things get a little out of hand and everyone feels they need to open a ticket at once. We were/are well aware of what needs to be done and we are going to accomplish this in an orderly fashion.

    1. Missing Upgrades - We are currently working on these. Check your status of your ticket.

    2. Missing ROI Earnings - Next on agenda and we will email you when to open those tickets.

    3. Problems With Account - Passwords, Account info, and other technical issues.

    4. Back to Normal - Daily tickets and support desk opened full time to all inquiries.

Thanks for all of your support and encourangement throughout this move. North Shore Media and AlienTrust are doing better than ever and with our new setup, we have sustained our program for many great terms to come. Enjoy your membership and trust that we know whats going on and will address each concern as quickly as possible.
