I wanted to take this time to give you all a quick update on how things
stand as the week comes to a close.:: Continued Silence From StormPay
We our attorney still has not received a reply from StormPay to our demand
letter. So now we move forward with legal action to retrieve our funds
from StormPay. Due to obvious reasons, I am unable to give any specifics
regarding these actions(s), but know that they will be swift. But please
understand that there is a possibility that the resolution of this matter
will not be, as investigators have now become involved at the behest of
many of you regarding StormPay’s most recent actions. However, we remain
undeterred in our attempts to regain access to our account so we can honor
our goal to issue refunds.
:: EMO Refunds Slowed More By Chargebacks
We need to inform you that our announced EMO refund schedule has been
severely slowed. In addition to the fact that the funds intended to fund
our EMO account are still being held in StormPay, some members who
purchased upgrades with EMO have initiated chargebacks. The enormous fees
that this has caused us to incur are depleting our reserve fund there.
However we hope that new revenue that we will mention below will allow the
speed of refunds to pick up next week.
:: New Revenue Opportunity
Due to recent events and our attempts to communicate on a regular basis
with you, the forum has been receiving considerable traffic. Since we
have had to put plans to launch our new site on hold, we will be utilizing
the immense surge in traffic on the forum to put into place a steady
stream of income in the form of banner and texts advertisements throughout
the boards. We will also be honoring all pending HitsDaily Pro ad
purchases in this format as well. We will have more details about this
Monday. For those of you who are wishing to support LifeClicks,

For those of you who were attempting to donate to the legal fund in the
past couple of days and have been unable, please note that it is because

Does anyone know whats going on. I got an email from stormpay saying

The S.E.C. has issued a standing order preventing chargebacks against those
purchases/investments. Any customer requesting a chargeback or refund either
through their credit card issuer or bank are in violation of the order.
Specifically, users are prohibited from “using self help (including, without
limitation, initiating or processing chargebacks of any monies used to purchase or
upgrade membership units in or with 12DP) or executing or issuing or causing the
execution or issuance of any court attachment, subpoena, replevin, execution or
other process for the purpose of impounding or taking possession of or interfering
withâ€.

I tried reading the court paper, but I dont undrestand much out of it.
Did 12 dp loose? ARE WE GETTING OUR MONEY BACK?

Ignore them. I’m not exactly sure where the clause is from. Certainly I didnt see that coming from SEC themselves.
12DP lost. Getting money back would be tough.
Does anyone know if Sen. Mike Rose is still working on this 12DailyPro vs. StormPay legal problem? I sent an Express Mail – Certified to StormPay’s attorney, as was recommended to me. I received an answer, via email & really was NOT happy. Has anyone else done this & if so what kind of a reply did they receive? Do you think it will help us get OUR MONEY back – from either 12DPro or StormPay?
Also, someone said we can go to ABC4 & see/hear what they aired a couple of weeks ago. I do not see that info & would appreciate knowing how to view or hear. If you know any current sites we can go to & view current info, would appreciate you forwarding to me. Thanks. Ed
