3. This one is very important, please be sure to check how many days you’ve surfed before submitting tickets about missing payment for certain day. I’ve seen way too many tickets about it and most of are missing payment because they did not surf on certain day and this is delaying us from answering more important tickets. Please check again and if you’ve made a mistake please close the ticket.

Lastly this is a reminder from our President:
