Unbelievable. IMO this is the final nail in the SP coffin.
On a side note, I had an experience with SP that I’d like to share. Way back when (just over 45 days ago), I filed a claim for a payment to a website, other than 12DP, that SP froze. I received the standard denial letter that they were sending to everyone.
A few days ago I heard rumors that SP was doing refunds. So, I very nicely asked the SP helpdesk if it was OK to submit past claims now, other than 12DP of course. Within minutes I had a very nice reply saying, “Yes, it is ok now and you will need to submit a claim to request a refund for any other autosurf/hyip site besides 12DailyPro”. Great! I promptly went to the SP claim submission and OOPS! They still have the 45 day limit on claim submissions. I immediatly submitted another very nice (honey, rather than vinegar) helpdesk ticket asking them how to submit the over 45 day claims that they said were OK now. Still waiting for a reply to the second helpdesk ticket… waiting… waitng… waiting… hmmmmmm
I just joined SP in late January for the sole purpose of funding autosurfs/HYIPs. I funded just 5 of them before SP starting freezing accounts. Since my funds were new, I never received a payment from anyone into my SP account. Want to guess how much of that will ever make it back to my bank? My guess is zero! (Writing this will probably freeze my account with the $1.81 of StormClix money. LOL)

I don’t think they’ll bother anymore sharon. Should have done a chargeback to them instead of waiting them to refund your money. lol
I would have if I could have! My only credit card charge was for 12DP, so no chargeback allowed there. My other spends were from my bank account, which only does chargebacks in the 1st 24 hours after an EFT transaction. Bye-Bye money!
Ah, that’s different. I’m in profit with the old AT so I didnt bother to do a chargeback. For 12DP, i did though, thus came the Scampay account suspension, lol
First let me say I just came across this blog… really enjoy it. Keep up the good work!
As for Stormpay (spitting), they were “forced” to drop their moneyexchange service because they failed to register in any other state than TN as a provider of this service. After they grabbed the money of their customers many of them started filing complaints with their own state regulators of moneyexchange services. Most states require that if you want to offer this type of service in their state you must be registered by the that state. Stormpay (spitting again) was not and now they are faced with state legal actions now being taken against them.
Hey scott, thanks for coming by! They duely deserved it for being in the limelight by started off freezing AS accounts.
StormPay did nothing illegal and only cooperated with government agencies as requested. They are once again
proccessing payments for anyone with an account, not just
for their auctions.
