The problem is not with our server and our server does not need to be upgraded (it is an incredibly powerful server hosted with Rack Space), however several parts of the script need to be re-written to prevent this from continuing.

We would never cut your upgrade by a day simply because the site was problematic or you had difficulties surfing or navigating.
