    HYWD Issue 46 is online.

    In Focus: GIG Mutual

by Tony Clifton [Your Program Focused]

It is always nice to present a genuine program even if it is a HYIP Pool. GIG Mutual shortly states for GoldenTalk Investment Group. Yes, it is managed by group of members from GoldenTalk - one of the good HYIP forums.

It is a bit hard to manage thru the information in the GIG Folder so in this article I will try to summarize in short what GIG is, where does it invest, what is the minimum, the ROI and how could you invest.

    What is all about
To answer the first question I will simply use part of their presentation: “GIGMutual is a HYIP mutual fund, created by members of the Goldentalk forum. There are four members who run this fund: Jorhyne, Adfy, Nobshyip, and PeterG. It is open to any members of the goldentalk.com forum who have more than 10 posts.” A short feedback on the people involved:
I don’t know much about Jorhyne except that he is relatively active member on at least 2 forums with balanced posts and some experience in HYIP/Ponzi playing.
Adfy is a moderator from GoldenTalk and all I can say you is that he is a nice guy from Malaysia. I just don’t know much about him, although he seems trustful.
Nobshyip is our very good and very respected friend Jude, the admin of NOBS Hyip Network - not only that he is a honest person, but even if he wasn’t it wouldn’t make sense for him to risk his reputation and the network business for some scam operation.
PeterG is an experienced sceptic from GoldenTalk forum - although I don’t know if he posts in another place.
Each of the above 4 persons is pretty open and reliable and considering they are all working on this together I can say the risk of fraud is minimal. Therefore I think we can consider this geniune opportunity and not loosing more time on this issue. Let’s concentrate on the details of the pool/fund.

    What is the minimum
“The minimum investment in GIG is 10 units (1 unit=$10). Similar to NSFG you must invest before the 25th of the month (from May it is 20th - editor’s note) to be included in the next month’s returns. You can also roll over funds similar to GF, so if your investment earned $108 you could choose to buy 10 more units and be paid the other $8 to your account, or you could choose to buy 5 more units and have the other $58 paid to your e-gold account.”

    How much ROI to expect
“Expected returns are anywhere from %5-%30 per month.”. Well, of course you should be prepared for lossy times as well, as this is a risky business. But the expected ROI worths the risk.

    How to invest
First, you must be a member in GoldenTalk.com forum. Second, you need to have 10 posts there. It may cause some people to posts nonsenses unfortunately, but I believe the idea is not pointless as they don’t want absilute strangers to participate. Then you need to find your “IGMutual.com user-id” in your user’s control panel and then you should contact some of the mamangers - full details here.

There is a website of the fund itself - http://gigmutual.com. Most of it is a restricted member’s area, but there is also FAQ which you can check in case something is unclear.

    Where does it invest
Unfortunately they are not completely transparent about that at this time, but they said that from May the list of programs will be available for the members. Basically they are looking for programs promissing good profits and passed some due diligence process. Also for the future there is a managed forex account planned.

In conclusion, I think this is one of the few programs where I can invest and sleep well without worrying about being scammed. Of course there is a risk of loss, but it is considered low. Althought HYIP pools aren’t something new or great, they are a good way for you to diversify. I am stepping in from the next month.

Thanks for the great write up guys! Just to let you know, all members get full transparancy of where GIGMutual has invested once they have invested into GIGMutual.

Also, there has been a slight change in that from next month on you must invest by the 20th in order to get in so we have time to get the money into programs that have a deadline before or on the 25th.

Once again, thanks for the great writeup. Now lets get GIGGIN!

I joined goldentalk forum quite a while ago, and was interested in this thing from the start. However, I am really not to keen on committing funds until I know what programs Gig is investing in. Until I can get that information up front I personally will be putting this on hold.
