CompactSurfing Paid for Round 5

Risk assessment: HIGH RISK (it wont drop for any autosurfs at this point anyway)
Thoughts: Neat work with CompactLottery to generate more income for Altus Financing (the mother company which CompactSurfing is on) and there’s no slowing down of growth for CompactSurfing as yet. Wired Surf is having so many problems with their host that it might hurt them, and Phoenix? It seems like it’s going downtrend.
