    Ultimate Spinner just sent out this F.A.Q. to help answer common questions. They say you can get a refund if you provide significant proof that you have a legitimate need for a refund? What exactly would that be anyway? Proof that you won’t be able to pay the rent without the money? Doesn’t really matter because it doesn’t sound like you’d receive a refund anyway.

    Hello everyone,

    Larry here. I compiled an FAQ answering the basic questions I am getting.

    Q. What is this donation stuff? Did I lose my deposit?
    A. If you deposited BEFORE I issued the Stop Deposit warning, your deposit will mature normally. You will only lose any deposits done into the closed plans AFTER I sent the warning, and ONLY if when you made the deposit, in your deposit comfirm email it said “DO NOT DEPOSIT”. If this is not the case, your deposit will mature normally!

    Q. Can I get a refund, if if not, why?
    A. We cannot send refunds to everyone, thus we cannot pick and choose who will recieve refunds. Only those who can provide sufficient proof of a legitimate need for a refund may be considered, but the most likely answer will be no. All members are bound equally by the rules.

    Q. You led us to believe that US would never change plans, why did you do it?
    A. It was either that or closing shop. We don’t have the money to pay everyone, that means our options are either to close shop, or to find other ways to generate income. We chose the second option.

    Q. I have deposits that did not mature yet, will they be honoured?
    A. Yes.

    Q. If a withdrawal request is cancelled, will the money return to my account balance?
    A. Yes.

    Q. I want to know what I can do to help!
    A. Please inform your downline, and post on any message board about our program. Please also cancel your withdrawal requests as that makes less work for us. Please also proceed to invest into the 30 day plan.

    Q. I will report you to e-gold if I don’t get my refund!
    A. You can do that, but you will also destroy any chance of us recovering the funds. We have recieved several of these threats, and know that if you do report to e-gold, they will freeze our account. We will no longer be able to invest and gain returns for you.

    Q. When will payouts start?
    A. Most likely within a 30 day period. We will be working with Buster from OHC and perhaps some other programs in order to generate the returns.

    Q. I wish to let my anger out by sending you an angry email, where can I do that?
    A. Feel free to email me at uspinforum@gmail.com I will take the time to answer each threat, comment or concern. I will not however answer anything that can be found in this FAQ.

    Some of you have sent in threats and many unpleasant emails, put lightly. However many members do support this move in order for us to become stable and sufficient. The hatemail was small compared to the mountain of positive replies.

    I cannot ask you to believe in everything I tell you here. You know very well that many programs do turn out to be scams, and I fully understand that. But I do ask you one thing, and that is to give us a chance instead of just dismissing us. We are trying to do the right thing for you in the best way we see possible.

      If they really invested and lost money, i could
      understand the delay or loss, but I haven’t seen
      a hyip yet that really invested..

      Yea.. what am I thinking.. They are investing…

      Now the site is down due to DDOS attack.. right. AND when you email their support email it says that the email account is not available and to use an alternate address. What they did was, turn on the auto reply. The account is still there, but they are making it look like its not. DDOS is easy to handle, its just a bullshit tactic that all hyips like to try and use.

      Most likely they are running. In the meantime, they suspended all payments for 30 days since may 11th. So, the only thing people can do is wait or invest in their 30 day plan.

      I’m unable to access the site using either “http” nor “https”. I agree that it doesn’t look good. There has been no word from the admins for over a week now.
