Our site was up for several hours last night however RackSpace is still testing Preventier and hadn’t completely configured it yet, and need a bit more time to complete testing. Please remember that we will be crediting all accounts and starting payouts as soon as they have approved access to our site without threat of further attack.

Preventier will ensure that our site doesn’t go down again, so once we are finally past all of this, you can rest assured that you will not have the concern of Wired Surf being attacked whatsoever.

We understand that we may have lost a lot of members to the attack, especially ones you don’t understand how severe of an attack this was and how we are doing all that we can to resume business as quickly as possible, but we hope that the majority do come back to Wired Surf when the site is back online. We have spent a lot of time and money working through this problem, and have purchased the best possible package offered through RackSpace to ensure our site is protected in the future.

At this time RackSpace has indicated that it will be another day or two (tops) to complete testing and we will all be in business again by Monday at the very very latest.
