It has been proven that this is a hoax email and Forex Capital Ventures is a part of it, you could read more about it here

Anyone could verify for me Nick Pola’s personal hotmail address? I’ve received an email from Nick with the below message:

    J

GR is returning under a new program approx next month. We will be releasing details soon. We’ve had a few hiccups and we are sorting them. Members are understandably getting restless and we’ve told them to exercise patience.

We can now confirm we are involved with Martin re: FCV. but this is separate business . Excuse our original denial with a few of our friends at hyipranks, which Martin wholly accepts, due to sensitive timing and large transactions going through including crucial paperwork. Martin’s is a good friend and we know some of his team in NY.

Please update forum and rest of the gang as flying off to France. Thanks.

    Nick

Well it did came from a hotmail address to my personal box. If anyone could update me on his email and the authenticity of it, that’ll be great, else don’t treat this email too seriously.

Hmmmm…. if this is from Nick Pola, then it confirms my article, titled “Where are the Pola Brothers now?”, about them being part of CapitalForex Ventures.

Now I’ve received something new from CaptailForex Ventures, and have adviced them to post a comment here, rather than myself updating the situation.

      Weird, weird, weird.

      Community,

We do believe the above email was a hoax set out to
discredit our professional relationship with Messrs
      Pola.

In addition, Forex Capital Venture would ask all our
members to disregard this hoax email irrespective of
its contents, since we know our business with Messrs
Pola is conducted privately. We are sure, Messrs Pola
would not make such a public announcement, unless it
was for reasons pertaining to law, whcih clearly this
      is not.

We are convinced that certain members of the public
are out to sabbatoge our good reputation from the
outset and ask you to please bear with us.

This program is genuine and our profits are real.
Unfortunately, these mailings are beyond are control

      Your sincerely,
      For and On Behalf Of
      Forex Capital Venture

Hi Forex Capital Ventures, thank you for leaving a comment on this issue, but how do we know you have contacts with the Pola brothers? Is there any proof that we could look at?

    5. Gravatar Icon 5 Charlotte

Can you please direct me to the site of those people who are good in doing DD like Highroller. Would like to if they’ve done any DD on Forex Capital Venture. Thanks

    6. Gravatar Icon 6 Jude

I haven’t seen any DDs on Forex Capital Venture, but it’ll be good if they could get back to me via my email at jude@nobshyip.net if they don’t mind a DD to be conducted on them.

It’s still bewildering why a person might target me to send out a hoax email from the Polas, and I’m finding it fishy.

For FCV, please, if you could, proof your link to the Polas.

      Community,

We neither need to prove or disprove our statements, since our professional integrity is not a matter of opinion. We are confdent we have the full support of our members and will continue to do so.

We put out a statement warning you that the email from “Nick Pola” is a hoax, to safeguard our reputation and our dealings with Messrs Pola, which are conducted with the utmost propriety and professionalism, rather than aired publicly in a public forum. No doubt Messrs Pola will equally and vehemently confirm this email as a hoax.

Please be advised we belong to no agencies or forums as our program clearly states and therefore shall keep this statement short.

Should you require any further information we would ask you to follow our instructions on our website. We shall not be making any further comments about this matter.

      Yours sincerely,
      For and On Behalf Of
      Forex Capital Venture

      Hi Forex Capital Venture,

A hoax warning is fine, and we appreciate and thank you for that.

But how could you prove your professional integrity without having any basis to prove it? Running a blog via blogspot and not giving much more information doesn’t tell people that FCV is that professional.

We wouldn’t know whether the email from “Nick Pola” actually came from you for any unscrupulous program promotion as well by denying the email coming from Nick.

Should you want the case close here, that’s fine by me, but it surely leaves people with bewildering mind on your program.

      Cheers.

This is all a bit strange, why would Forex issue any statements at all since the so-called hoax email was positive news for them, i.e. since it affirmed what they have been saying elsewhere through emails to their members. So why come into the picture at all? Are you Jude suggesting they have arranged this whole thing themselves? What for? To gain more publicity maybe and get more money? But then, they needn’t have said anything given the email’s appararent vouching of their position. . . ???

What I find puzzling Jude is that no one seems to have confirmed the authenticity or not as the case maybe of the email , in response to your first question at the top. Maybe Nick did send it afterall meaning to be nice to Martin but without wholly thinking things through. Or maybe he didn’t it!

Would the real Nick please show up or a friend of his and say something. At least that would confirm Forex’ claim of a hoax.

    10. Gravatar Icon 10 Jude

Yes Luke, that’s what I’m trying to imply. I havent heard out anything much about FCV themselves, and the sudden email AND prompt update from FCV came too coincidental :)
Not ruling that FCV is doing a service rather than a disservice, I’d just be wary and not have anything to deal with them.

The email might not be something real. It could publicise their position as someone dealing with the Pola brothers in which there’s no verification that could be done as well ;)

Thanks for the update Janie :) And that proves my hunch 100%

Not sure your proof is full-proof here. Linking ideas out of context does not constitute proof. It does not add-up. Jo.

I’m going to say this again “Nick”, “Joanne”, you can try harder but your IP is logged and I could report you to your ISP.
