Zoominvest came back online a couple of weeks ago. However, many members are having trouble. Jimmy Crane, the administrator, sent no communication about the new site. He expected members to learn that they had to transfer their accounts from the old site to the new site via osmosis. There was a little tiny message with a checkbox above the login. Many members, including myself, clicked on that checkbox only to find out IT DIDN’T WORK! So, not only did Jimmy not communicate, he re-opened with a failed script.
In MMG Jimmy did post that members having problems transferring should contact him via Yahoo Messenger while he was online. He failed to say what his Yahoo Messenger ID was or when he would be online. Now, anyone who uses Yahoo Messenger knows that you can’t see a person’s online status until they are accepted. So, how were we supposed to guess when Jimmy was online? The nice thing about Yahoo Messenger is that you can leave messages when a person is offline and they will get it when they sign on. So, I left Jimmy a message on May 8th, May 9th, May 10th, etc. (18 days in all). I also tried sending emails. On the 10th day of trying to contact Jimmy and having him IGNORE all attempts, I finally tried creating a new account out of frustration! Then I started trying to get his attention by posting on MMG. The only response that I got was “come to me on yahoo”. (Note: I cleaned up and summed up his posts, because his English is so bad it’s hard to tell what he means most of the time.) So, I continued to try to contact him on Yahoo Messanger. I even sent him a PM on his own forum, zoominvest.org. It’s still sitting there unread!
Tonight I finally got a response from Jimmy on Yahoo. Here is an excerpt from the conversation when I asked why he was ignoring member’s requests:
zoominvestment: how can u say that i was ignoring ?
zoominvestment: do u know want is ignoring ?????
Sharon: Because I tried for over 10 days, everyday to contact you
zoominvestment: i am not sitting idle
Sharon: My first Yahoo Message to you was on May 8th
Sharon: It’s now been 18 days since that first attempt… and I made several attempts in between
zoominvestment: u didnt found me online … that was the reason … if offline messages would have sloved … then why would i call members for chatting ?
zoominvestment: foolish members use wrong way and blame me
Get a clue, Jimmy! Your script didn’t work and you wouldn’t answer Yahoo, yes we blame you! DUH!! He then went on to hurl other insults at me, since I am a member, it is akin to insulting all members that have had problems (and there are MANY!). He implied that I was a simpleton because his script was broken and I didn’t contact him when he was online, even though I had no way of knowing his yahoo status and then he called members dumb. The topper was when he asked if I was a female. When I replied yes, he said that the problem was “zoominvestment: mental level .. capacity of thinking … habit of argueing.”
I finally got my account transferred, although all I really wanted was a refund so that I could be done with zoominvest! When I logged in, I found that it was short by over $100! On top of my problems with this program, the forums, including the zoominvest forum, are filled with people having problems with getting account transferred and with getting withdrawals processed. Jimmy set the withdraw limit to $50/week and can’t even pay that! No wonder it’s sitting in the sites on hold section of MMG. It should be moved to the scam section!
Before the cheerleaders of this failed program jump on this post, let me restate the facts. Jimmy made no announcements when he brought the new site up about what to do. He ignored many members’ attempt to contact him, even through his preferred method of Yahoo Messenger. He doesn’t answer the threads on his own forum. (Why does he even bother to have one?) He hasn’t paid the majority of withdraw requests in over a week. He lies and calls members names. He can not afford to pay members, based on his few selective payments and the many pending withdraws. I highly recommend that you stay away from this program! If Jimmy would just refund me, I could stay away too! Now, I’m stuck for months trying to withdraw $50/week and not getting paid that way, either I bet.

I think I am including the one who is lucky, after the site is up again I transfer my account..processed in a day , try to withdraw and processed in 2 days.
Now I left only a few bucks inside.

I went back through my posts, because I didn’t remember ever calling Jimmy Crane “trustworthy”. There’s a good reason for that, I never did. My previous posts about zoominvest are http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2006/04/16/zoominvest-resurrected/ and http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2006/04/06/zoominvest--not-dead-yet/.
When I thought it was coming back in early April, it was really just prolonging it’s death, which should be soon. A program that limits withdraws so drastically, then doesn’t pay them on time (even though they paid the last round quickly), has an admin that ignores his members and calls them names and doesn’t solve member’s problems, is on it’s last leg.

However, “sharon”, you are not quite fair with him — when you log in for a first time to the site, there is an option, sayin “transfer data from the old database” or so, which seems to be the “osmosis” you mentione, hehehe.
Jimmi does not answer any e-mails, not PMs in whatever forums - just complete silence. All seems lost completely. You only get regularly the daily b***-s***t mails “Paid today profits”
I was, however, cheeky enoigh and was asking for my pending withdrawal (pending since 29 March, btw) twice a day, plus negative ratings elsewhere. And quess what - today I was paid, yes, I was. Really!!! But that enough with me. Over, finitto, Kaput, Basta!
You can just do the same, hehehehe…
