The usual routine places that I check my stuffs:

Forums:
HYIPDiscussion - My favourite forum, with alot of intelligent members and great views to look at. Fast update of happenings around
GoldenTalk - A no frill, honest forum, friendly members. News sharing is moderately fast as well.
MoneyMakerGroup - Fastest update of a program status since their forum is huge, but note the cheerleading, it’s very irritating.
TalkGold - Chances that you’re googling on a program, TG’s thread will show up. Note cheerleaders and rubbish posts at times (in fact most of the time), just dig the information you need from there. Member updates are fast as well.

Blogs:
DrunkonLife - Honest to what he thinks and he updates daily
9Planet - Daily updates as well, with some punches to programs
Trinary’s Blog - She puts reading easy, Trinary is someone that you’ll want to take a look on her views. Savvy girl I say.
Han’s G Paranoid Investing - I like Han’s views, as the name implies, Paranoid. He brings his honest views on a program and it pays to be paranoid in this field.
My Blogroll on the right - I go random blog hopping from time to time to look at views on different programs and new opportunities

HYI News:
HYIPNews - Check them out for the latest scam, news and updates.
News Navigator - Unique way of putting news across the arena, they have this point system which allows users to contribute the latest to them. Interesting

Rating sites?
Nil, I don’t go check on rating sites, the fact that they might give wrong or misleading statistics easily.

Program related forums/ news section
Chances that you’ll get the latest bombardment are from their own forums and news section, especially with regards to private programs where you won’t get much info from forums. Check them periodically on a regular basis to know how are they fairing, (example, Feederfund)
