There seems to be some confusion about the cash out process. As stated in our terms, you can request a cash out once every seven days.

When you make a deposit into your cash account, the processor and account number are recorded in your profile. When you go to request a cash out, the options available are the ones you used to make a deposit. If you make a deposit with a different account then that account number is posted into your profile. The reason we had to make this change is because several members were requesting a cash out with missing or improper payout information. This will simplify the process. Remember, you must submit your cash out request before 12Noon CST. Today is Friday and we will be processing cash out request this afternoon. All request submitted after 12Noon CST today will be processed Tuesday.
We verify every request so this does take time.
