Hi Ben, thank you for accepting the interview for KAOnline (http://www.kaonline.biz) with us, personally I’m also interested to know a few things and I’m sure our readers are sharing the same thoughts as well.

Do introduce yourself and why was KaOnline formed?
My name is Benjamin Garcia Navarro, and I am the Managing Director of KA ONLINE INC., a St. Kitts and Nevis Company. I also sit on the board of directors for KA HOLDINGS INC., KA HOLDINGS S.A. de C.V., and KA ONLINE LLC, all of which are registered corporations in various parts of the world where we do business.
A little on my background; this past 5th of June I turned 49, and besides the obvious “Almost 50” party, I also celebrated my 27th year in the Corporate World, and my 19th year specializing in finance or financial related businesses. I have vast experience in Hedge Fund and O.R.E.O. Department Management (Other Real Estate Owned), as well as the general management of medium sized financial companies. I have worked on 3 continents and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
The decision to form KaOnline was not mine; however I can tell you why I decided to be a part of it. I had previously been taken by this industry some years ago. I saw potential here, but at the time I was not in the position to do anything about it. After being introduced to KaOnline and reading through the original business model and Fund analysis’ I was very interested. I did a decent amount of research on my own prior t accepting the offer, I talked with some of the Fund Management Team members, a few of the business contacts associated with the now entitled RD Fund, and went through over 18 months of self audits done by the directors. After my experience with HYIP’s I began to follow a new credo; never plunge into anything until you personally satisfied with its stability and worthiness. KaOnline passed the test.
I understand that KaOnline Inc. is a registered corporation. Is there any reason why KaOnline chose to be incorporated in St. Kitts/ Nevis?
KaOnline is actually registered in various jurisdictions, the reason being that in order for us to do business in certain countries, or with certain companies, we are required to be incorporated either in the same country or within a certain country, usually for tax and auditing purposes. The St. Kitts and Nevis Incorporation was done especially for use with the KaOnline web site due to it being offshore, its tax advantages, and its acceptance by the banking industry.
How different is KaOnline from other investment opportunities in the market?
From my point of view, being an investor myself, I would say that there are several factors that make KaOnline appealing, such as; our customer service. We make sure that all inquires are answered within 8 hours. Our user friendly web site; our web site was beta tested by over 100 individuals from various backgrounds, and 98% of then agreed that it was very easy to navigate and informative. Our portfolio of G.O. Funds; we offer a wide range of investment options that appeal to even the most seasoned online investor. Our accounting; All withdrawals are paid promptly and our system is almost cheat proof, giving our clients a sense of security. Our secure web site; we offer PIN based account access, Turing numbers, and Prolexic DDoS protection. All this is done in order to make sure KaOnline is secure.
Since your other interviews, has the workforce of KaOnline changed? Is there new addition to your team members and could you briefly describe the job scope of each individual in KaOnline?
No changes have been made to date since my last interview; however changes are planned in the coming months.
As of right now I am basically a one man show, however come July 1st, my now Executive Assistant, Sylvia, will move into a more encompassing position of Call Center Manager. She will be taking calls and monitoring the online chat interface during normal business hours. One of our directors will also be a full time employee of the Call Center. Kevin will handle 90% of the chat workload both during and after normal business hours. As needed the number of both in-house employees and outside employees will grow to around 10 to 15. The need is simply not there right now.
KaOnline also employs a permanent account, Miss Rebecca Manzanilla, and a corporate lawyer, Mr. Luis Hernandez.
Has KaOnline ever thought of acquiring a physical office to work with members instead of only having online virtual presence? You do have a “Fly FREE with KaOnline” campaign, briefly describe what is it about and has the campaign started?
The call center, for all intensive purposes is a physical office; however opening the office to the public is not something we plan on doing, for several reasons. Opening the office to the public, and allowing investors to just walk in, is not as simple as it sounds. The business licenses needed for the call center are one thing, and when the tax man pays his semi annual visits to the call center we can justify its existence with other business we operate and pay tax on. If we were to open the office to the public, eventually we would be audited and without the proper licenses we would be shut down, our accounts frozen, fined, and possibly jailed. Since we hold accounts in several countries this would adversely affect a majority of our business.
The “Fly for FREE with KaOnline” promotion basically involves us giving away American Airlines Frequent Flyer Miles to our Account Holders based on the amount of money they have on deposit. The AA Miles will be credited monthly at a rate of 150 miles per $1,000 that the Account Holder has either in their S.E.E.D. Account, or in anyone of the available G.O. Funds. KaOnline Account Holders can earn up to 60,000 AA Miles per year.
In conjunction with the Fly FREE promotion we will also be launching what we are tentatively calling the “Up close and personal” campaign; were a representative from KaOnline will fly to meet with qualified investors anywhere on the globe, spend a day with them, answer questions, have lunch, chat, etc. This campaign will be made public along side the Fly for FREE promotion, but won’t be officially put into play until late 2006.
Could you describe in detail on how your plans work for investors? How is KaOnline generating returns for investors?
Currently the KaOnline Portfolio consists of five (5) active G.O. Funds;
AA Fund (All Arbitrage Fund)
Areas of investment;
Interest Rate and Volatility Arbitrage
Emerging Markets Arbitrage
Capital Structure Arbitrage
Equity Relative Value Arbitrage
Convertible Bond Arbitrage
Statistical Arbitrage
Sports Wagering Arbitrage
RD Fund (Re-Development Fund)
Areas of investment;
Small to medium size construction companies in areas of the world under intense infrastructure development or re-development following some type of catastrophic event or natural disaster. Monies are placed with brokers in the country in which the company is operating, to buy shares or stocks on that countries open market, or are placed
directly with the company as short term loans, or mid term profit sharing type partnerships.
MXMB Fund (Mexican Mercado de Bolsas Fund)
Areas of investment;
Mexican Stock Market, the Mercado de Bolsas in Mexico City
CPW Fund (Currency Pairs Weekly Fund)
Areas of investment;
Foreign Exchange Market, focusing on one currency pair each period, only trading the selected currency pair throughout the entire period.
IDF Fund (Inter Diversification Feeder Fund)
Areas of investment;
Pure Feeder fund; a fund that conducts virtually all of its investing through another fund or funds, in this case the existing G.O. Funds offered by KaOnline.
Each G.O. Fund has its own set terms, including individual term lengths, risk to return ratios, minimum deposits, etc. Detailed information along with a small “Mini Prospectus” on each Fund can be found inside one’s KaOnline Account under the G.O. Funds Transfer link. Although each G.O. Fund invests in a different industry, there objectives remain the same, as do their overall diversification architecture.
Outlined main investment industry – 65%
As described in each G.O. Funds mini prospectus.
Cash or equivalent – 9%
Held in one of a handful of KaOnline controlled Class A bank accounts.
Medium term notes – 10%
Basic medium term paper trading, p-notes, bonds, etc.
Short term notes – 5%
Basic short term paper trading, p-notes, bonds, stocks, etc.
CD or equivalent – 2%
Private and publicly held certificates of deposit or equivalent interest bearing fixed term notes in both banking institutions and with private fund managers.
Inter-fund diversification – 9%
Diversification into other privately offered G.0. Funds.
All privately offered G.O. Funds on this web site have passed through a rigorous 12 point evaluation before being made available to you, our client, to ensure that the fund is both structured to maintain it’s viability based on past market fluctuations, and that our diversification architecture is applicable, and allows the fund to grow at it’s maximum potential.
KaOnline has also promised a Call Center option for members, is it up already?
The call center was originally scheduled to open on June 15th, however due to delays in the final installation of our PBX system we have pushed back the date to July 1st.
The security features must be costing KaOnline a bomb! Exactly how much does it cost for you to maintain the sites?
Currently the costs for maintaining the KaOnline web site, which include; Dedicated Server, Maintenance Costs (developers), and the Prolexic Clean Pipe average around $4,500 U.S.D. per month.
Since the interview with HYIPInvestment, how many active members do you have now?
As of today we have 423 active Account Holders.
Is E-gold and E-bullion still the only option of investment? We did see the volatility of gold prices these weeks. Is KaOnline suffering from any loss with the mentioned factor?
From the start we have accepted Bank Wire as a deposit option. This option is by far the most cost effective as there are no fees associated with this option when making a deposit, and depending on your withdrawal amount there is also no associated fee when withdrawing.
The gold price fluctuations do not have a big effect on our bottom line as we move funds before the price has a chance to move, and only hold a very small percentage in e-currencies to cover withdrawals.
Should we be offering KaOnline to update us via our blog with a guest blogging account, would you accept the invite? How do you find our community?
I would be happy to accept this invitation if it were offered to me. Your site, NoBSHYIP, is one of the most honest and straight forward sites I have seen in this industry. The title alone is worthy of a standing ovation. The design is sharp and the information is current. What more do you need?
Thank you for your time Benjamin

Hey Jude and Benjamin,
since you have access to his documents, can you tell us exactly about the proof of trading and the legality of their actions?
Also, is there a way the ‘normal investor’ can obtain copies of these documents for their own Due Diligence?
-Dave
Hi Dave,
I’m in no way associated with KAOnline in anyway. Benjamin is the director, and I have signed an NDA with KAOnline to access KAOnline’s documents.
Like I say, I will be writing on my own thoughts pretty soon after looking at them closely (very closely in fact), so stay tune.
Hey Jude,
thanks for your reply. I’ll be on the lookout for your post!
-Dave
Yeap, it’s a pity I’m no good with a third language or so, as some of the documents are in something else. Then again that wont deter me from giving some comments on KA.
Cheers.
hi,
What do you mean by third language?
Which language is it?
Did you already invest in this Kaonline?
Can we know in which program you invested and how much?
thnx
fred, apparently some of the documents that Ben sent are not in English, but that shouldnt be a problem.
No I haven’t join KAOnline, whenever I’m doing such things is for myself as well as my readers to see if any program has the potential that we could join.
Even if I chose to join KAOnline after this, I’ll not disclose on the amount I’ll be putting in. Stay tune for the reports alright?
Hi
Some of the documents are in Spanish ?
Ka Online also operates in Mexico.
Bye
Yea it would seems that way Muarico
Jude and KAOnline.biz:
I tried to post this several days ago. However it didn’t take it. I have serious concern over this program now. The site has been down for several days now with no update, although today I received an account statement?
I also have yet to see anybody concerned on any blog? Did I miss some update or what’s the deal here?
Thanks,
Mike
The site is not down, it has had 100% uptime since we moved to Prolexic over 45 days ago. If you cannot ’see’ the site using the domain name it means that your IP or IP range was or is involved in a DDoS attack against our server and Prolexic has temp. blocked it.
Either way you can ALWAYS access the site using the IP address; https://66.252.7.182
I will be sending out a newsletter shortly, once again, explaining this situation and asking for traceroutes and other info from clients who have difficulty accessing the site via the domain.

Jude,
Looks like you took my post down which called out Ben for further explination and due diligence of “profit generating activity”?
I guess I’m a bit confused why this is a blog then? No worry that just solidifies my feelings lately on things in regards to KAOnline.biz. We will just have to wait and see if it passes the six month test with good pay history.
Thanks I guess???
Mike
Mike,
My response was also deleted. I assume there are some technical issues at work here.
Jude, what happened to our posts?
Ben Navarro
Managing Director
KaOnline.biz
Ben,
Don’t take my initial post as rude but you can understand my hesitation. I am just wanting to further validate your activities.
I have large amounts of money with both NSFG and FxSignal4; as well as some with FXIG.
They all have provided me with trading or profit generating activity statements which are notorized by their financial company. In one occasion I was provided with a screen shot of the brokerage accounts that I was able to verify by calling that broker, via their permission.
I like your programs but some of them do concern me based on the profits they appear to be generating.
That’s my only cocern other than just typical jitters from programs with no payout history. I like at least six months of proof.
Thanks for your understanding.
Mike
Your concerns are 100% understandable, and I take no offense, if anything I am flattered that real investors are interested enough to ask the right questions.
FYI - Our posts were not deleted, they were actually posted under our Due Diligence thread, not on this one.
