    KA Online

Crossed out the due diligence words as usual, not sure whether its good enough for our readers, so here goes:

A little description of KA Online from Benjamin Navarro, Director, KA Online

KaOnline in short is an e-fund, a hedge fund type management company, based entirely in cyberspace. This alone does not make KaOnline unique, as a quick search through any online search engine will show, however KaOnline is unique for several reasons; Our front office is our web site, and our web site was designed to act much like a bank site does, minimal in it’s design, but still vast in it’s content.

Our web site employs some of the best security features in our industry, including a 256bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted gateway, Prolexic Clean Pipe Dedicated Denial of Service attack protection, PIN based I.P. address verification on login, and several other features including but not limited too, daily database backups, mirrored servers, and 24 hour server monitoring. Security is a very important part of our business, and like all aspects of our business our ultimate goal is perfection. When it comes to our core business, managing money, our goal remains the same.

Our portfolio of managed funds, the Growth Orientated or G.O. Funds, are scrutinized with the utmost care to ensure that not only our goals as a company are met, but that the goals of our clients are met as well. Our 12 point evaluation process is just one of the steps we take to minimize risk and losses within our portfolio. Again, perfection is the goal, and KaOnline is always pushing to reach this goal in all aspects of it’s business.

One of our main focus points with the company is our customer service. Customer Service is by far one the most important areas of any business. In an effort to offer the best support services possible KaOnline developed the “We Care” Investor Support Network, which consists of a Secure Internal Messaging (SIM) System, a LIVE Chat Interface, direct e-Mail correspondence, and our soon to be operational call center. KaOnline has positioned itself to gain a large portion of it’s industries market share over the coarse of the next few years, and with it’s continued growth, we hope to offer our client’s more and more reasons to make KaOnline their preferred money manager.

As I have signed a NDA (wiki: Non-Disclosure Agreement) with Benjamin, I’m not allowed to, in anyway divulge any sensitive information pertaining to the documents that he has sent me.

    Personal Information

Touching down on Benjamin’s personal information, he has provided a copy of his passport and a copy of a utility bill of his temporary residence in which he resides in. As far as I understand, some of the due diligence documents that they have sent also matches this address and KAOnline has some business deals that requires Benjamin to be there at this time.

    Company Registration

KA Online is registered with Delaware (Apostille attached) and incorporated in Saint Christopher and Nevis on 20th December 2005.

Ka Holdings is registered in Mexico, with the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the Public Registry.

Businesses Ran by KAOnline, KA Holdings

I have two agreement documents of KA Holdings as well as KA Online on dealings. Pretty muffled here as I’m not allowed to divulge any information again. The legality of the documents remain anonymous since I am not allowed to contact the other party on the other end.

Each individual agreement covers a business aspect of their funds, namely the Redevelopment Fund and Currency Pairs Weekly Fund/ All Abitrage Fund, the options found in KAOnline.biz for members.

My 2 cents (Or maybe 1)

Benjamin has been very active in promoting KAOnline as an opportunity for the people in the HYI arena to join. Definitely another different piece of cake as compared to those regular ponzi HYIs out there.

    impressive site

If you notice, the effort placed in their site was tremendous, the security level is absurdly high with the pins that they’re sending (like E-gold yea?), I’d applaud KAOnline for doing a good job with the site. And if you refer to my interview with Ben previously, the upkeep for the site is almost a hefty $5,000 per month. Woah?

A Feederfund style program, which allows you to pick which fund suiting you the most, in which again is unique and definitely interesting.

There’s a few things that is bugging me, (unlike Marcos from FXE who shows me the account for their forex trading platform, this is totally a different ball game).

I understand that there is no physical address with KA, that makes it stands out, but in any case we would definitely still prefer a location where members could come and visit and talk to the people who are in charge of our dough. Ben explains that although they are registered and incorporated, they are not licensed to collect money (it does sound familiar, like FX-Experts in fact) and so having a physical location would be unfeasible.

There is no disclosure of track records since they do have NDAs with the rest of their partners that they are dealing with, so the revenue that is coming in would be a question mark. Not your exactly transparent kind of investment program.

The ROI for Inter-Diversification Funds is typically high, averaging at 9% weekly. As I understand these are random percentage returns, I’ll follow up with Benjamin with the stats on how are they generating the returns.

Personally, with the effort that Ben is actually putting in, and with my own deduction, I will invest with KAOnline, for the opportunities that they are providing. There won’t be big spends from me till the question mark clears for now, but KA is definitely something fresh that has the chance to last long and climb to the top of your “long dependable” programs.

    KA Online

Since Benjamin is now also in our private forum and a guest blogger, we would expect more interaction between our members and him, please ask him any questions that’s bugging you, that’ll be even better. (Hans, if you’re reading this, PLEASE! :P)

If you would like to join KAOnline, you could use my referral link.

Reviewed by No Bullshit HYI Community

Note: On Risk Management, only spend what you can afford to lose, as I always tell my readers. Even if a gem opportunity comes by, please do not borrow money from anyone to invest.

Thanks for that report Jude, I’ll be checking with Benjamin myself as investor to get some more details. Got some hefty investment if he can meet me and show me the proof you saw.

The quality of the site and hosting would suggest a reasonable shelf life (they want to at least get their money back)

As for the investment vehicle,’managed funds’ what sort of funds and who exactly is managing them? The average weekly return of 9% seems on the high side to be sustainable.

Seems to me not so much whether or not this is a ponzi, but how long it is going to last. Looks like that there is some good mileage in this one

This is just a quick post to let everyone know that the KaOnline site will be off-line between 1 AM and 3 AM GMT today for some needed software upgrades.

Thank you for your patience during this downtime.

If for some reason the downtime lasts longer than the specified timeframe above a short newsletter will be sent out to all account holders with an update.

This program reminds me of Golden Nestegg which, btw, stole a four-figure amount from me.

    6. Gravatar Icon 6 Jude

lol, I’d agree the color scheme looks very close to Golden Nestegg, then again I’m not going to comment on whether it’s the next one, which I hope not :)

I am not sure if responding to this allegation or simply staying silent it the way to go, but seeing as it is posted in various places I am going to make my statement public.

KaOnline has no ties to any other organization other than KA ONLINE INC, KA ONLINE LLC, KA HOLDINGS SA de CV, KA HOLDINGS INC, and our various business partners with whom we hold both private business contracts and joint venture agreements.

Collectively we have never done business with or operated any other web site other than www.KaOnline.biz. Our sites design and color scheme were presented to us by our design team and voted on by our board of directors. The colors were chosen for there ease on the eyes and the fact that they appear somewhat the same regardless of ones browser settings.

Is their a reason why your website has been down for two days now and no members can log-in?

After a day or so I’m starting to wonder if this one already passed it’s time?

Anybody know what the deal is? I have an account but never received any email telling me that their site or server would be down for anything?

    9. Gravatar Icon 9 Benjamin Navarro

A newsletter was just sent out, but our site has not been down since mid May. The situation is explained in the newsletter and on almost every public forum and also here at NoBSHYIP.

      Ben,

I appreciate the update. However, I am in every forum known to man and I didn’t see any update in any of them until the July 7th date, which was about three day well past my first issues?

I also have never received any newsletter yet? Although I have, again, received an account statement back on the 6th of July I believe? Not sure why I get one but not the other?

Oh well it’s a false alarm but still concerns me for some reason. The whole “ip range” thing is weird since I have tried accessing it from several different computers, including two in other states; which have different providers? But I will stop mentioning it, as I can now access it on one of my computers.

I may go ahead and wait a couple months more before I invest any significant amount in your program as the test of time is still one of the big things in my book.

I would also be curious to see some kind of verifiable proof that trading in these various profit centers is being done and exists. Unlike most of the other amatuers out there, ID Docs on the principle’s serve as no reassurance to me at all. Anybody can get good fakes.

Proof of Income is the real Grand Daddy. If you need my to sign a ND that’s fine but I’ve never impressed with a pdf or word doc sent to my email address with a bunch of numbers on it. In all my of my managed forex accounts I can log right in and see what the traders doing, up to the minute.

      Thanks,

      Mike

      Mike,

We are working on the Prolexic issue, and it would be a great help if you could send us your originating IP, along with a traceroute to www.KaOnline.biz so that we can compile some information for Prolexic so they can solve this once and for all. Two newsletters where sent out and posts have been made on TG, MMG, and on HD, however they are not as direct or as formal as the one posted on the 7th.

The problem with us providing normal due diligence information is that a majority of our business has nothing to do with managed accounts, forex, or any other trading. Most of our business is done via private business contracts and joint venture agreements. These type of documents, seeing as they are bound by individual NDAs as well, are not very usefull as they cannot be verified by third parties. In the coming future we will be diving into a few new areas of business that will allow us to provide more transparency and actual verifiable information. If providing proof of our business ventures was as easy as given you a guest login to a managed account somewhere I would be more than happy to do so.

As you mentioned, the time test is one of the biggest hurdles in this industry. The investments I mentioned above as in beta testing right now, and if all goes well one of them may be public by September or October. It may be in your best interest to wait.

I would really appreciate it if you could send me the information I have asked for, as it will indeed help us fix these access issues, and as always if you have any questions feel free to contact me directly at any time.

      Ben,

Sorry it’s been a while in responding. I’ve been able to access your site at my work so your right on the ip thing. If I continue to have problems at home I will send you my information. It’s an earthlink ip range and cable so my ip changes all the time. Then you team that up with using some of the offshore masking services to maintain my privicy and you’ve got the picture.

I appreciate your response and understand your point of view on things. I guess my only rebuttle would be that if one is going to invest a significant amount of money, let’s say over 5k; depending on who you are then I would want more information. However, I’m in FXIG and have limited information on them. However, they have paid for over two years now and I was my naive when I invested with them. Their one of the few who bucked the odds, but I learned my lesson on the rest.

I will continue to follow your company with interests and maybe slowly start to invest as your programs are attractive.

Again, Thanks for your response and I appreciate it.

You know what this program looks like? PrivateOpps. Very similar. Not accusing KA of anything, just an observation. By the way i think privateopps skipped out with over a million on the investors. Nice huh?

    15. Gravatar Icon 15 WiseGrub

Butch, sad to say that i was scam by PrivateOpps as well. At the time i thought they might be the next FeederFund but more profitable returning 1% daily. KAOnline and PrivateOpps offer various programs with their variable return. Unlike FeederFund they don’t have a weblink to those program under management.

I’m not saying that KAOnline is in anyway related to PrivateOpps. But since this is a public forum, i guess i can discuss their similiarity, hoping Ben Navarro take no offend.

PrivateOpps from memory did last 6 months. Meaning if anyone join KAOnline now have a good chance to recover principle with their 8% weekly return. I’m going to spend my weekly pay from forex-united to join KAOnline. I’m a sucker for 1% daily return. :) “Live and Learn” i’m taking another hyip lesson!

    16. Gravatar Icon 16 Jude

Hey WiseGrub, it never ends, the learning process that is. Ain’t it?

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 Benjamin Navarro

WiseGrub: no offense taken. I assume if you went back through every failed site in this industry, and even in other financial sectors there would be some similarities to KaOnline.

On the feederfund comment; we do not offer links to our funds web sites because, well, they don’t have one. The companies we hold joint venture agreements and private contracts with may or may not be online, however the actual funds names are owned by us, and we control the flow of funds both into the investments and out.

There should be some explanations of operations.
Everything can’t be that secretive. Forinstance, who does the arbitrage? What is their experience because the site mentions several different types and each has to have its own set of required experience.
Love to know more….Many new sites are opening up and it’s refreshing. Hope this can do likewise….

    19. Gravatar Icon 19 Benjamin Navarro

It is not about be secretive, it is about not violating the NDAs we have in place with the financial companies, trusts, groups, and management teams with whom we cunduct business.

It is not easy to get a private company to accept a joint venture agreement where they give the other party the right to invest and for that matter pool third party funds and sometimes hold majority share of a new project or venture. Then on top of that give us the right to solict investors without holding a license in any applicable juristdiction. Many people don`t realize the effort that needs to go into a business operation of this sort. It is not just signing a few contracts and investing a few dollars. Many barriers need to be taken down.

I used Arbitrage as an example. Let’s follow up.

With all due respect, is that “all” you can tell us about the various arbitrage accounts that make up the Arbitrage investment?

If there is one company handling them and you can’t divulge the name, what is its track record? Years of experience? How much of it is sports arb?., etc.

I’ve been involved in NDA agreements. None of them are so restrictive that a party can’t give out certain non-harmful information. I think there is more you can tell us without breaking any NDA agreements.

The days of people just “hoping” a site can deliver are getting fewer and far between. Too many of us have been burned by “blind faith” in a well-spoken admin…………….

      ira laufer

    21. Gravatar Icon 21 Benjamin Navarro

The company handling the majority of the AA Fund operations has passed our 12 point evaluation, that should give you a glipse into their experience and track record.

At no given time one Arbitrage trade control more than 6% of our entire working capital within the fund, and at no time is more than 3% controlled by all the current working sports arbs.

Every NDA is different, and so is every contract. Some are VERY strict, while others allow for some wriggle room.

As I am permitted I will be offering up more information, but until we are licensed in every juristdiction we operate in full transparency, though “possible”, can and would cause far more damage then it`s worth.

Thank you for the prompt reply. If you will bear with me, I still have some questions.

I may have missed it somewhere, but is your 12 Point Evaluation listed someplace, perhaps in one of the interviews? I would like to see it. It could come in handly in other areas where I am involved.

I am puzzled by the jurisdiction approvals. You have been operating for a number of months. In what jurisdictions are yet to be approved before you can divulge more information?

In response to your post; the 12 point evaluation which makes up a portion of our internal due diligence guidelines is available on the What we do page of our public web site.

We are not licensed as a financial advising board, a money management company, or any other similar organization which means when a company allows us to pool funds they are in effect breaking the law, hence the strict NDAs.

It is quite inclusive and if each of your programs have qualified for them then you indeed have done well.

Thank you for your replies. I appreciate it.

I feel much more comfortable in going further to a possible investment.

      Ira Laufer

p.s. (were the 12-point qualification records on the Programs available to Jude and others who may have done partial d.d. with you?)

    25. Gravatar Icon 25 John Tanara

What is so strange is that KaOnline act very secretive, like noone even heard how one can trade, for example, with Oanda, and there you just sign a Power of Attorney and are allowed to trade with the funds of a third party. Because there is a private agreement, that doesnt mean necesarily that this is against the law. Anyone can use to trade on behalf of someone other, because they just sign a contract together. The mandate of the investor operates the trades in real time in forex and share with this one his profits, very simple !

I havent heard that signing a contract with someone is illegal, or now even maybe if I sell my car to someone else and take the money I am illegal, too ?

KaOnline in fact just borrow money from different parties (in a pool) and gets done the trading in various systems with some traders (either private or companies) in order to multiply those funds. I agree with Ira that as time as we cannot know the performances of the traders we are always unsure about the “engine” of the entire system in place. If I take a cab and go to the airport what kind of guarantee could be for me the polite manners of the driver in situation when something gets broken in the engine of the car or at the gearbox ? Noone.

In fact, because if knowing the traders anyone could invest through them the funds with a better ROI, it is natural that any HYIP website to hide the experts that they hire for them …

    26. Gravatar Icon 26 Benjamin Navarro

      John,

I think you missed the ball so to speak on how our company is actually structured.

We do not have managed accounts in our name with simple POA´s for a third party to trade on the account.

We hold Joint Venture Agreements and Private Business Contracts with other companies who then employ in partnership with us third party management teams who actually manage the funds. For a quick example imagine that you partnered with X Brokerage, and both you and X Brokerage created a third party team to open accounts, run investmenets, and manage capital. Considering that X Brokerage is a licensed broker, you dealing with them on a pooled fund is illegal. For this reason NDA´s are put in place to protect all aprties.

The above is a very simple example and is not exactly how we do business, but I think it gets the point across.

I was contacted by someone who gave me a very good idea on how we could possibly expand our current due diligence scope. Basically it involves verification by an attorney and a CPA backed by client priviledge. The attorney and the accountant would verify our business dealings and finances and submit to us a notorized letter stating just that. This is still in it´s early stages and we still need to get the go ahead from our partners, though I think this idea may just work.

Interesting question. I’ll direct Ben to yours and follow up with my version (if its that important) to you.

    28. Gravatar Icon 28 Benjamin Navarro

The legality of investing in an unlicensed investment fund is very tricky. You asked about investing in an HYIP, assuming this “program” eventually fails and fraud charges are levied on it´s owners then yes, receiving funds from this company is actually a form of larceny as you are knowfully accepting stolen property.

If you are investing in a real unlicensed investment vehicle there is no larceny, and you as an investor are not breaking the law by investing, however if you invest as an individual and make over $600 USD in earned interest you are required to pay tax on that income. Failing to pay your taxes is illegal. There are ways around this; ie. creating an offshore entity and/or banking / trust umbrella.

The laws within the USA are not against moving offshore, but the political agenda is. As long as everything is done correctly it is a win win situation.

I think it will really depend where are you based in. For me I’m in a country that doesn’t tax any external incomes coming from other countries, so income from HYIs like KA and the rest of the tools in this arena is fine.

    30. Gravatar Icon 30 jack

how does that change since im in the usa?

I’ll gather a few good people and see what they could make out of this. Stay tuned.

jack, an answer coming from Rog, HYIPDiscussion.

U.S. taxes cannot be imposed upon your earnings or assets in a non-domestic payment processor that retains your earnings or assets such as e-gold which is a Nevis Corporation.

e-gold is not required to impose a withholding tax on distributions you receive. e-gold does not report your account information to any tax authorities in any Country.

When transferring e-gold to an Anonymous Offshore Debit Card to receive cash, your name will NOT appear in cash dispenser transactions lists when you withdraw cash from ATM machines worldwide.

If you choose to wire cash from e-gold (via an Exchanger) directly to your domestic bank account, you will be responsible for U.S. taxes based on your bank’s IRS reporting responsibilities.
