ProfitSwinger is making changes to its TOS, and if you’ve joined them, you should probably check the below updates as well from their forum.

There will be some changes that will be imposed to our rules and TOS which we believe may facilitate us to improve our efficiency to serve you better as well as to prolong our program life due to massive growth of membership.

Most of you are aware about the attack we recently confronted and the result was a long downtime of three days. Fortunately with the top notch service from a very reputable DDoS protection company, we managed to recover from the attack. Unfortunately we were flooded with massive ticket queues together with large number of pending payouts that we had to draw level with. We tried to catch up but the incident has increased our workload up till now.

We have also discovered that many of our members chose the wrong plan, which is the monitor plan. We did clearly state in our TOS that we have the rights to suspend those who infringe the rules. Many of those affected and submitted ticket regarding this issue might noticed that your ticket(s) are not being attended to and the problem is not rectified. Numerous accounts with Monitor Plan selected belong to newbies who received misleading information or entirely incorrect information from their upline, or another case are those who couldn’t care less to read our TOS.

Officially effective from Friday 21st (server date)

• We will remove Monitor Plan for HYIP Monitoring websites

• Payout will be made within 5 BUSINESS days**.

• Tickets will be answered within 3 BUSINESS days** (except for top priority issues)

Effective from Monday 24th (server date)

• Maximum deposit set to $1000 per day

• Up to 5 active deposits allowed (Maximum total $5000) *Above rule applies

• You are only allowed to cashout Other Earnings once a week

• Withdrawal fee of 1% added to any withdrawal made

Above changes are implemented to prolong the life of the program although we are not facing any problems. We do this because we care about our program as much as we care for our investors. If you in any way not satisfied with the above changes you are welcome to close your account. We do not force anyone to invest with us if they don’t agree with our TOS. The decision is entirely yours, no strings attached.

We strongly recommend that you become active in our forum due to all latest announcements and updates are posted here. Please inform your downlines to participate in our official forum as well. We ask that you understand the reason behind the above changes, as the PS team members are human, and we do need quality time with our loved ones. We are here to stay, but all we ask is mutual understanding from your side.

Lastly, before I end this post. Especially to those wondering why their matured deposit goes pending 5 or 8 days later than it supposed to. You have to make sure you login into your account right after maturity to ensure that the matured deposit goes pending, or else it will stay in the account hanging, and will only go pending after you log in, and that could be days later. Please be very clear about this.
