I have got permission from this group that I am in to post this, food for thought :)

    Hi Mr L,

I got this info from a friend back in May 06. It’s from the Embassy of Switzerland in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    Quote:
It has come to the attention of the Embassy, that there is a very aggressive selling taking place in Malaysia to promote an investment fund scheme called Swiss Cash or Swiss Mutual Fund 1948

Every serious Internet User is aware of the fact, that anything can be said, promised and advertised on the Internet completely uncontrolled. There is a tremendous amount of good and useful information, but unfortunately the Internet is also a breeding place of a lot of misleading sometimes even fraudulent
information. It is therefore always wise to do some research.

The Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) and or Swiss Cash are not registered companies inSwitzerland. Until proof of the contrary, the Embassy doubts that the remarks about these funds and their historic links to Switzerland as outlined on their original website are genuine. The original website is indeed registered in the USA and the contact telephone number is from New Jersey (USA).

It is obvious that this company uses the denomination “Swiss” in an illegal and fraudulent way to attract customers.

Moreover, the promotion of the fund seems to work via agents on a MLM system which appears to be close to a Pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal in Switzerland.

The Embassy does therefore not recommend these funds as an investment opportunity.

    See on http://www.eda.admin.ch/kualalumpur_emb/e/home.html

The above message also serves as a warning to members in Singapore, and other countries.
    unquote.

    Sharing info.

    Regards,
    Miss M

Sounds like another PIPS in the making yep? Is there like an office of SwissCash there? Most probably Bank Negara will take action again if they do.

      Hi there,

      Below is my experience.

Joining autosurf .. LOST $6,000 usd…nobody said 12dp and other autosurf SCAM.

Tried HYIP…Solid investment…again LOST $1500usd…still nobody angry and tell that SI is a SCAM.

Now…joined swisscash and in profit $2000usd….other people get angry and said that swisscash is scam.

For your info swisscash is using Barclays bank as intermediary bank to make wire transfer…Big bank lo(sponsor English premier league)

      So dont play-play with swisscash.

Note: other HYIP and autosurf only use E-gold ( so easy to run away with your money :-(

anyway good luck to all of us….

    11. Gravatar Icon 11 myDUITs

      YES, that right Mansor…

      SwissCash used real bank http://www.barclays.com,
SCAMMER never used real bank !!!

For those serious about investing into swiss cash could email to me separately at netgkb@netscape.net We have checked and contacted the regional director of SWISS CASH before investing. This is true and is happening.

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 Trigo

I really don’t care what is swisscash all about.
The only thing I care is, can swisscash gimme some profits…

      viva swisscash !!! idali7000401

    16. Gravatar Icon 16 Man

I have jion swisscash since 26th April 2006. Yes I’m happy with this program every month I got the payments.

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 Max

Well, this thing is going to blow up one day. It’s just roll over, and over, and over… Using your initial investment to pay the next fellow… anyway what you receive is a fraction of the total investment till it blew up one day..

Once the public startedt to lose confidence, or simply more warnings from the governments where they are operating in….Bubble will explode eventually…

Roll over… and over and over… till BOOM!!!! So it’s all depend which stage you are in when it happens..

Good luck dude but i will not buy it.

    18. Gravatar Icon 18 Zakry

Well said Max… Like Jude said earlier, it’s just another PIPS.. Hell yeah we do not know how long SC will last but if it can outdo PIPS, then it’ll be the best of its kind… Talking from experience of investing online for almost 5 years, SC is just another RISKY program.. those who benefit are usually those who joined early.. I’m in profit myself but I will not reinvest..

    19. Gravatar Icon 19 Nuar

I’m a swisscash investor. Started off with USD1200. Currently gaining some epoints vide SAP. Thanks to my downliner! What can I say about SC,… investment with greater returns posed higher risks. That should be investors’ common understanding. Quoting from the earlier comments, “don’t invest more than you can afford to lose”.

      Best of luck to all!

    20. Gravatar Icon 20 Goblok

Err…Hello……as the name suggests, its a HYIP, for god’s sake! ~ High Yield Investment Program…So of course High Yield = High Risks. For those who have already invested, good luck guys….For those who haven’t, its not right to say its a SCAM until you have solid evidence that its a scam & until they stop paying. So u don’t have that incriminating evidence do u? For now, I’m sure those who are investing in this program are matured adult who can think & decide for themselves the calculated risks involved & whether or not its worth investing. Why?….it’s their own money & their own decision, so let them have the right to a choice rather them deprive them of one.

From my observation, its very obvious that those who are against this Swisscash program are those who haven’t invested in Swisscash being envious of those who have invested, whilst those who have invested are very supportive of this program for the reason that Swisscash has not miss a single payment since April 2005 until today. No joke. Heard any investors complaining abt non-payment? No huh?

For those who havent invested in Swisscash ~ stop complaining & get own with yr life & let those investors enjoy their returns. But complain all u want only when Swisscash stops paying. For those investors out there, good luck if u haven’t recouped yr initial investment, for u will never know how long this program will last…heck, it might just even stop paying tomorrow for all u know. For me, nope i’m not even going to put my money in it coz its my choice & my decision. Swisscash is just not my cup of tea.

    21. Gravatar Icon 21 Nicholas

Well, when a HYIP portrays itself as a fixed guarantee return program, I would classify it as a scam. High returns = high risks, law of economics… You can control risks to a certain level but there’s nothing such as no risks.

    22. Gravatar Icon 22 yoshitsugu matsuura

SwissCash is Not a Scam. It is an on-line subsector of Swiss Mutual Fund 1948, a mutual fund with a total financial assets of $10 Billion. Your principal investment with SwissCash is “Guaranteed” by Swiss Mutual Fund 1948. The average return per month is Not Very High since 20% monthly return includes the repayments of the principal. The net profit, is therefore, is 13.4 % monthly, which is lower than the average of 27% for Offshore Mutual Funds. It Is Not As Risky As You Might Think. I joined with SwissCash in early January and have never experienced any delayed payments. SwissCash has been in operation for more than 20 months and Not a Single Member out of more than 170,000 membership has made any Complain. Strange is it is always some “outsiders” who claims “it is a Scam, it is a Scam, ” without presenting any Hard Evidence(mostly citing “warnings” from the authorities in 2 or 3 jurisdictions because some SwissCash members are “excessively” promoting without the valid licenses for financial brokers in these jurisdictions.

      Cheers.

    23. Gravatar Icon 23 LaughAtYou

Actually its not envious people jealous at others who invested.

Use some logic please. Those people who invested earlier in the scam will get paid, while those who invested later will face implosion. Upon which those who join earlier and are still in it will be dragged down as well.

I just laugh at your stupidity in supporting such a scam.

Swiss Cash is not a swiss company and it seeks to defraud its investors. Allowing early investors to get some money back will allow the scam to grow. The pyramid will self implode.

      Morons. :D

    24. Gravatar Icon 24 ym

SwissCash or Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 is Not a Scam. The Swiss Embassy in KL is wrong. SwissCash/Swiss Mutual Fund “Never” calimed that “They are in Swtizerland. Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 moved out from Switzerland in 1996 to Cyprus and again to Dominica in 1999. It is,therefore, an offshore entity. The use of the name of Swiss Mutual Fund 1948 is Not Illegal since it was originally registered in Switzerland as far back as 1948.

hello dear swisscash investors, may happiness be with you. Dont bother about what the others who doesn’t invest. You stay the course as long as swisscash can survive. We will be profited from the survival of swisscash. If you wish to join my trading ID : mykam2589601 and initial amount only $1000 just join us. You will enjoy the program. ITS NOT A SCAM.. I HAVE BEEN IN THE BANK FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS AND IT IS A GOOD INVESTMENT TO BE IN..

    26. Gravatar Icon 26 Ponzi Nemesis

This is a scam, trust me. If you “invest” today you will lose most, if not all of the money. Their bank accounts have been shut down, their primary domain hijacked; there is not much time left now.

    27. Gravatar Icon 27 ym

      Hi,

I just found the below post in other forum re: SwissCash.

quote[For 23 months and still paying and what an achievement. Swisscash has never let us down and pay us right on time as promise. Despite all the rumours, negative perceptions, hijacking incidents and even Taiwan earthquake, Swisscash still standing strong and still hold strong on their princip to give guaranteed income per month without any delay. Have you ever come acrross any online investment that have those credibilities other than Swisscash? Let me re-phrase again how strong they are:

      1. Since April 2005 up until today, no delay in payment.
      2. No one get arrest or can prove Swisscash is a scam program.
      3. Taiwan earthquake causing internet down. Despite that, investor still get paid on time.
      4. Hijacking of the .biz site didn't crack down the company. And we still get paid. Let say that they are scammer, I bet that they would just keep quite and let the hijack take control...

      So...you be the judge...]unquote.

    28. Gravatar Icon 28 John

Someone above metioned that their bank accounts have been shut down and their primary domain hijacked.

Can I understand how their .biz site got hijacked and did they get it back ? If not, why not ? What actually happpened ?

Are you referring to their bank account in Barclay ? What bank account are they using now ?

Basically all investment with greater returns comes with higher risks. That should be all investors’ common understanding.

The bottom line is to ask yourself if it is too late to join now or is there still enough time to make some profit before she fails………. And remember “don’t invest more than what you can afford to lose”.

recently heard a lot of ppl facing withdrawal problem. some been cancelled and some took almost 3 weeks to receive their withdrawal with over usd$100 service fee deducted.

i am now on 14th months so i will be receiving 30% per month which is great. even if they closed, i still earning big bucks. tq for everyone to keep promoting.

in order to keep it last longer, we must all work as a term to bring all our relatively in so that SC will have more money in pool to pay us.

      all the best. keep promote~~

swisscah is a great investment sooo dont be affraid

    31. Gravatar Icon 31 LSG

There are many allegations on SwissCash of scam in forum and some articles. I have been with them for more than a year and made my pile for the first round.

Managed to compound the last 3 payout for another cycle after my expiry next month. In other words, mine is a profit account and will just continue to let it roll until the game is over.

Just bear in mind that this investment will take close to 8 months to break even. Anything can happen so do not dive fully into it with life savings. It is a real miracle that this one is more than 2 years and still paying every month on the dot.

    32. Gravatar Icon 32 kHATI

Hi I am a late comer. I am just interested to know if swiss cash still pay their investors cos if they still do then i am interested to join if anyone can be my upline

    33. Gravatar Icon 33 sharonsopinion

      Hi kHATI,

I urge you to read the latest comments in this thread. Swiss Cash is too old to safely invest. (Brick and mortar companies get safer the older they are, however online HYIP programs get less safe the older they are.) In addition, there are signs of distress, such as website and payment problems. It is never a good idea to deposit with a program while they are having problems.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    34. Gravatar Icon 34 kHATI

Hi Sharon thanks for the info

    35. Gravatar Icon 35 LSG

This program is too old to be in now, was checking the forum yesterday and they have created a new plan that pays 25% monthly a few months back. However, members in the original plan that earns 300% in 15 months now got their money frozen or should I say forced to purchase shares. Money will be released in Oct this year. Will members get to see the day is still a big question.
They may be hot in Malaysia but the golden rule still apply for aging programs … better be safe than sorry

    36. Gravatar Icon 36 Just a by stander

      Well People,

Where great power comes, great responsibility.

Of course any investment there is risk even in our daily lives. Ponder over when everyday you cross the road. its just a matter of any vehicle to gnaw you down and cause you fatality or paralyzed.

Think about that isnt it risky to face our lives. but why you are not worried?

Because you know what’s the risk and you handle the risk. But does that mean its safe?

For SC investors, don’t waste your time defending. even without them you can live your dream. Be strong, be concise.

    37. Gravatar Icon 37 JustCommenting

      Dear fellows,

Let’s get straight. This company is still in the growing phase. The number of new comers is such that the money pouring into company accounts is way higher than the amount which is paid as interest to investors.

this is cool, eh? not at all if you ask me. I’m holding a MBA-Finance and I worked in finance industry for a long enough time to gain a sense of good vs. bad investment.

Let’s get back to our discussion. Revenue minus Cost equals Profit right? yes that’s right but it depends on how to interpret revenue.

Revenue is not the principal being invested! (or is it??) Principal should be payed back sooner or later. To pay or not to pay, That’s the problem!

As long as someone assumes no responsibility to pay back the principal, this business is surely profitable and works like charm. The symptoms of the problem though will appear when new investment is on the fall and there are so many members putting a burden of high interest payment on the company.

You remember our famous formula? Revenue(Principal!) – Cost (Interest) = Profit.

What do you think the SC people will do when they reach the break-even point and slide to loss side? For those of you who don’t have guts to admit, I’m absolutely sure that SC will close its operations and Mr. money-making machine retires and sets off for a round-the-world trip in which he will pay a visit to each country from which he accumulated his money from. He may even give a very small portion of the money back to the tourism industry of that country in the form of payments for high quality amenities.

Here we reach the main point. Who paid for the people who enjoyed an early entry position with high income? Who paid for SC owner to have a luxurious life? YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. people who you fooled into joining the program.

You might say: “F*ck you! I don’t care about anything as long as I earn lots of money”. If so, you are the type that wants to invest in SC and other pyramid scheme investment plans. Good luck in your investment and let’s hope that you are not one of the losers. By the way, there is a little thing to say to those people: “F*ck yourself! You’ve already screwed your friends and relatives by proposing investment in SC to them. ”

But, there is something called ethics (or is it dead now?). Ethical business practices call for a fair and not a harmful profit. You should think and act win-win. Or at least to be successful in the long run you have to do so.

Anyway, the choice is yours to make.

      Regards,

Our group has recently joined under the SwissCash scheme with $10,000:00 US Dollars. Please shed some light on how the SwissCash works, because our trustees decided to go ahead as planned, but we as members felt like it wasn’t safe at all.

Please advice us on what to do next. We are very worried???
