Calling out to people who has funded your Uniclear card for weeks and has yet to get any response from them. I have a few comments from my debit card review that they’re facing this situation, exactly how many people who are in the same boat?
Could people hollaback by responding to the Comments?

When those areas experience delays, so then do we all. We are working diligently on this problem, we will notify you the moment the situation changes in your news section. We will also notify you by e mail the moment we load your card.
I’m very sorry, but further e mails regarding when the card will be loaded will be met with this same response. Please know that this situation is very frustrating to us also, and that we are not only looking into solutions for this card, but for alternative routes for deposits and withdrawals that will mean the end to these delays. You’re able to read about this in the previous news post also.
Please know we’re doing everything we can in this situation, we’re very sorry for the amount of time you’ve waited, and will inform you the moment things change. We cannot express enough, our appreciation for your patience and understanding.

It is now almost two months (may 15th to July 12th) since I “completed” the transaction, and it has yet to load.

I made the transaction on 13 May and up to now the card has not yet been loaded.
Emailed them but same answer arrived
I am wondering if they are scammers
