The PointShareXtreme bi-weekly saga continues. It’s been 2 months since anyone has gotten paid anything and 4 months since PSX paid anywhere near on time. Normally when a program stops paying it fades away into nothingness when the admin and website disappear. Henry James Banayat hasn’t disappeared. He’s been very creative on stringing members along. So, get some popcorn (or your hip boots to wade through the BS) for the soap opera review. At the end will be the latest episode…

In the beginning Henry James Banayat (HJ), owner of Computmatrix.biz, had big dreams. He tested his new dream by selling “plans” at PointShare. (I’m fuzzy on when this happened and what it looked like, because it was before I knew about them.) In February HJ opened PointShareGold and began to advertise. The “plan” offered $200 after 20 days and $350 every 30 days thereafter for 12 months with a $1,000 bonus in the 12th month. The cost of each plan was $90. The $200 was to be paid via the e-currency used to purchase and the monthlies were to be paid via a new debit card.

The “plan” caught on like wildfire and purchases soared in late March. (This is when I started purchasing plans.) Just when this new influx of purchases started to become due, HJ stopped paying. As I said before, this would normally be the end of program. Instead, this is the beginning of the saga.

First there were minor excuses of not enough time to process payments and connection issues. Next the referral offer was blamed for messing up things, so the referral offer was removed. At about the same time, people started having trouble accessing the website. DDoS was blamed. (And why not? A lot of other programs were hit with DDoS around the same time.)

In mid April HJ closed PointShareGold and reopened as PointShareXtreme. A new website with a new look and the same old plan offered. Existing plan members were promised that their purchases would still be honored. Throughout April plan purchases continued, but slowed way down from 500 a day to 15 a day. HJ pleaded with members to post in the “I Got Paid” section of the forum, but people didn’t post because they weren’t paid. HJ claimed to have mailed the first batch of debit cards, which never really happened.

HJ morphed into a tortoise (or the pied piper, depending on how you look at it) in late April. He went into hiding with no communication with his forum moderators. Every 2 weeks HJ offered a crumb, then back into hiding until the next crumb. Most of the crumbs were hoops that members were supposed to jump through to get paid. Each one came with a promise of payment. The crumbs included submitting a variety of emails; first to PSX, then to specific email addresses by e-currency and finally in a specific format. The email method was removed with an excuse of too many emails to handle. Next came submitting forum posts; first with private messages to forum moderators, then with posting in specific threads. At around this time HJ promised that he was training new payment staff to do payments 24/7. Throughout it all there were delays due to holidays, weekends and connection problems.

The next installment of crumbs included problems with funding e-currencies. Apparently Philippine banks don’t like huge wires of funds leaving the country. In addition, HJ announced that due to member complaints, he was changing the order of payments to order date. Problems with loading the database from the hoops we’d already jumped through led to the next hoop, filling out an online form for verification. Also, a chat was added to PSX. Finally the day came when the staff was trained and the databases were loaded. HJ announced a mass payment on a Friday. Friday came and went with no payments. HJ claimed that e-gold thieves stopped the mass payment, but several plans were paid. HJ pleaded with members to post in the “IGP” thread again. One or two posts showed up. He tried doing a few selective payments. I was lucky enough to receive 2 payments in late May, yet I was the last one to post in the “IGP” thread.

Silence again. Finally, a member, Lori, was able to get through to Henry with an offer to supply a new programmer for the website, database and mass payments. The deal was struck and programming began. By this time there were enough angry members to get each e-gold account, which HJ opened, blocked. HJ had no choice but to stop accepting purchases. While we waited with baited breath for the new programming to be done, HJ decided to forego all payments to e-currencies. This announcement came shortly after his announcement that manual payments would continue.

We are just about up-to-date. (Are you still awake? LOL)

HJ next announced that the bank he had previously contracted with for debit cards just wouldn’t do. He contracted with Union Bank for new accounts and debit cards. In a rush to offer the next crumb, HJ posted Union Bank’s sign-up forms on PSX. We were asked to email (or snail mail for those that couldn’t email attachments) a copy of the forms and 3 types of identification. The good thing about the identification was that HJ only asked for a photo, address and signature ID. All sensitive information, like your SSN or passport ID, on the IDs could be blacked out before submission. HJ announced that he had the first batch of 500 debit cards and we should look for an email with the DHL (shipping company) tracking ID.

We waited again. No emails came. No one received a debit card. In the meantime there were posts that Union Bank and DHL never heard of PSX or of HJ. The cheerleaders posted lots of excuses as to why the bank and shipping company would deny knowing about PSX. Finally we received word that Union Bank wouldn’t accept the sign-up forms in an electronic format (soft copy). They wanted hard copy (snail mail).

We’ve finally come to late July and the latest installment of the PSX saga. Union Bank is going to email each member…

The Bank has decided to set up a Customer Service Center EXCLUSIVELY for PSX members/acctholders wherein emails, phone calls and a BROADER range of services will be offered. The email we are expecting from them will be covered by this Center. They will be assigning at least 10 personnel for this and they are undergoing training right now in order to ensure that all questions can best be answered accurately and in a timely manner. We can’t give you timelines because this is now within the Bank’s control. HJ is in close COORDINATION with them on a daily basis.

Sad to say, but HJ’s T1 connection again has been disrupted since Saturday up to this moment due to weather disturbances.

In the meantime, the new programming is almost complete and is being beta tested. Throughout it all HJ has continued his tortoise act, blaming being busy and connection problems. At least no one can spend more money whilst the saga unfolds. What will be the next hoop? Which crumb will be dropped next? Will we ever actually get paid? Stay tuned for the next exciting twists in As the PSX World Tuns.

P.S. If we ever do get the new website and debit cards, the process will be to log into your back office on PSX, move your funds to your Union Bank account, log into your Union Bank back office, move your funds from your account to your debit card, then finally go to an ATM and withdraw your funds.

      LOL. this crap again.

I have been banned from entering their forum and my account already being deleted, because i have been screamning SCAM SCAM SCAM all over their forum as well as in PUBLIC forum.

HJ dog’s and cheerleaders never STOP to promote this scam.

ALL ARE LIES AND SCAM. PSX/PSG has raked about $200,000 in members money.

ROFL! I have no idea what is or isn’t going to happen with PSX! The site has become the all time soap opera of HYIPs. They have more twists, turns and suspense than the real As The World Turns!

Yes, zamans, there have been a lot of lies. Did you ask for a refund? From what I understand no refunds have been paid, yet. I say yet, because refunds are a side story of PSX. Whether HJ actually honors any is tied into whether he ever pays anyone again. If he pays, but doesn’t honor refunds, it’s still a thumbs down.

Right now no one can spend and no one is getting paid. Quite a few people have his real name and address. If HJ finally bounces out, instead of back, I’m not sure of the Philippine track record for prosecuting HYI scams.

I’m watching the next installments in the saga before calling it. At this point in time it is a thumbs down, but still has a slim chance of bouncing back.

Just one little correction – no one was paid on time since end March, and no one was paid since mid-April 2006.

No comment on the Gestapo tactics agains everyone who’s asking question about the payments, refunds or just not singing ‘osanna” with the amaized floch there.

Can’t wait for the next episode, me neither:)
