We are sorry to be in delay in sending out this important update, but as all of
you will easily understand reading this email there is really a lot of hot in
the pot!
We are very excited to announce the NEXT steps in the AsianPay Payments\’
history.

- New Web Site:

on August 1st, 2006 a new improved version of AsianPay Payments\’ website with
beautiful new templates will be online.

The main web site section will be related only to The Payment Processor
Business, while 2 new distint sections will refer to the Gold Exchange Business
and to The Investors Corner. All the sections will be reachable from one login
only.

- New Server:

As soon as the web site release will be online we will move everything to fresh
new servers with fresh hardware and fresh software. One more step in our effort
to provide fast, reliable and safe services.

- New Email Language Management and New Privacy Rule

Please log into your account and go to The User Profile Section. You will find a
new section that will allow you to edit the settings for the language. Then all
our emails will be sent to you in your preferred language.

In the same section, \”User Profile\”, another new \”check box\” is available as
in the new registration form: if you do not want to be contacted by email from
your upline (the member that refrred you to the system), you have to uncheck
this box. Accordingly to our new registration form and to our new
Privacy policy, at registration time, any member have to make this choice. At
the same time any member is allowed to contact his/her direct referals one time
only every week. The system will lock any attempt to send more then one email
weekly to the direct referals and the attempt will be registered as an
infraction to our User Agreement. More subsequent attempt will result in an
account suspension after 3 more attempts and in the account termination
NO REFUND ALLOWED after 5 more attempts.

- New e-currency allowed:

Starting August 1st 2006, E-bullion will be the new allowed e-currency. From the
exchange section our members will be able to by E-bullion, sell E-bullion or
exchange E-bullion to and from Egold. Moreover E-bullion will be a new deposit
choice in The Investors Corner, and a new deposit choice
in The Payment Processor \”Top Up Deposit\” options.

- Subscriptions to Investor Corner:

New subscriptions to the Investor Corner will be suspended from July 29th, 2006
to August 8th, 2006.
We will fulfill regularly all the daily profits payments and the daily
principals return payments for the running plans but we will not permit new
subscriptions. As all our members know already, we do this periodically to
ensure the stability of the program.

- New Investor Corner:

On August 9th, 2006, while re-allowing new subscriptions, subscribers will be
able to subscribe to the plan of their choice directly from the followings:

Egold ( 3.5% fee will apply).
E-bullion ( 3.5% fee will apply).
Your AsianPay Payments Balance ( 3.5% fee will apply).

We are sure this decision will be really appreciated being requested many times
from many of our members and will short the subscription process. The new system
for the investors, instead of forcing to withdraw to egold and then deposit from
there, will allow all of you to deposit directly. The 3.5% fee will be applied
directly to the investor deposit.

- Affiliate Program: Changes to the Monthly Contest and New Income for all the
affiliates:

Starting August 1st, 2006, our affiliates, to earn ANY commission, will have to
be at least verified members.
Commissions to AFFILIATES HOLDING UNVERIFIED LEVEL OR BASIC LEVEL ACCOUNTS WILL
NOT BE CREDITED UNTIL THE ACCOUNT WILL BE UPGRADED.

Until now referal commissions were paid only on the fees earned from Asianpay
Payments due to transfer among members.
(Send Money, Receive Money or Merchant Tools).

Starting August 1st, 2006, affiliates will earn commissions also on the fees
charged to any \”Top Up deposit\” option that generate fees to Asianpay
payments. Starting August 1st, 2006, affiliates will earn commissions also on
the fees charged to any deposit made in The Investors Corner to subscribe to a
new plan. Starting August 1st, 2006, affiliates will earn commissions also on
the fees charged to any transaction made in The Gold Exchange section.

Our affiliates, to earn ANY commission, will have to be at least verified
members. Commissions to AFFILIATES HOLDING UNVERIFIED LEVEL OR BASIC LEVEL
ACCOUNTS WILL NOT BE CREDITED UNTIL THE ACCOUNT WILL BE UPGRADED.

Starting August 1st, 2006 the new prizes for the Monthly contest will be updated
as per the followings:

We know it seems to be a reduction but instead your income will increase. Read

The prizes above are earned just for referring a member. No matter if the member
later verify or not his/her account.

Our aim is to boost AsianPay Payments\’ Business and get as much active - doing
transactions - members as possible.

For this reason starting August 1st, 2006, all our affiliates will be allowed to
contact and push the participation of their direct referals, of course if they
have allowed the system to let their upline to contact them.

The reason for the above is in the new BONUSES that any affiliate will earn when
her/his direct referals will upgrade her/his account.

NEW BONUS

Limited to upgrades done within one month from your referal registration date:
(it means your referal should upgrade within one month from registration)

1. Your referal upgrade to Basic level: we credit to you US$ 2.00 when your
referal reach US$ 100 in transactions
2. Your referal upgrade to Verified level: we credit to you US$ 5.00 when your
referal reach US$ 250 in transactions
3. Your referal upgrade to Certified Level (this level will be available again
during August with the new Credit Cards Services): we credit to you US$ 10.00
when your referal reach US$ 500 in transactions.

In case of later upgrades: (it means your referal should upgrade at any time but
not in one month from registration)

1. Your referal upgrade to Basic level: we credit to you US$ 1.00 when your
referal reach US$ 100 in transactions
2. Your referal upgrade to Verified level: we credit to you US$ 2.50 when your
referal reach US$ 250 in transactions
3. Your referal upgrade to Certified Level (this level will be available again
during August with the new Credit Cards Services): we credit to you US$ 5.00
when your referal reach US$ 500 in transactions.

The bonuses above are not cumulative, to avoid tricky games from members. If
your referal will upgrade not in one time but step by step you will get the
bonuses by difference as per the example below:

Upgrade to basic level in first month: US$ 2.00 when member reach US$ 100 in
transactions Then upgrade to verified level in first month: US$ 3.00 when member
reach US$ 250 in transactions and that added to the previous Bonus make the US$
5 bonus Then Upgrade to certified level in first month: US$ 5.00 when member
reach US$ 500 in transactions and that added to the previous Bonus make the US$
10 bonus

The bonuses above will be effect on August 1st, 2006 and towards all the new
upgrades done starting from August 1st, 2006 but also if done from members that
registered from your affiliate link before this date.

- First year AsianPay Payments\’Birthday:

No news now on this. Just expect celebrations and surprises all along August
2006, including a Great Surprise on August 30th, 2006.

- Rewards Catalogue: Reserved to all the Asianpay Member Secure Card holders

The more you use AsianPay as payment processor for your transactions more points
you can get!
The points can be redeemed choosing one of the many nice rewards (great hotels,
resorts, products etc etc etc.)
available in the First Edition of our AsianPay Payments Rewards catalogue that
will be published during August.

- Closing Special Offer on Asianpay Member Secure Card

Starting August 1st, 2006, our Asianpay Member Secure Card will not be free
anymore.

It represents a state-of-the-art improvement in your account security, is a real
plastic card that we ship directly to your address at our expenses, allows you
to be automatically enrolled in The Asianpay Rewards Program and will offer to
you, starting September Discount at AsianPay merchants web Sites and discount on
the purchase of our Coming Soon Asianpay Branded Debit Card.

The new price for the Asianpay Member Secure Card will be settled at US$ 19.95
all inclusive. More details will be available on our web site.

- AsianPay Singapore and Credit Cards:

We are proud to announce the incorporation of AsianPay (SINGAPORE) Pte. Lt. and
the \”Coming Soon…\” re-launch of the credit cards feature that will be
managed and processed in Singapore with the help of Citybank that at the present
time is working on its new gateway System
and evaluating our proposal and application doing their Due Diligence on our
Companies.

The service will be restored during August and our valuable AsianPay\’s members
will be able to utilize VISA and MASTERCARD as a Value Added Service in the
network.

Moreover we don\’t want to loose the very important business from all our
members that have registered an American Express Cards.
For this reason we are directly dealing with American Express in Singapore to be
able to continue to accept also AMEX on AsianPay Payments.

Please, be patient, because these are not easy deals to be completed especially
considering the actual situation on Internet abour Credit Cards.

- Debit Cards :

Coming at the end of August, if Card One Plus (the issuing Company) will help us
in the schedule.
We will offer to all our valuable members the possibility to load their money in
to a real debit card.
The card will be branded with AsianPay logo and could be used in the main ATM
circuit like Maestro and Cirrus and also in the POS network.

- Autumn Surprise:

Opening of Asianpay Auctions in September - More news in a later edition of our
Magazine.
