Did you actually get the promised refund? What makes you think that there were others who were paid? I hope you read this and I am sorry to bother you, but I am really curious to know if the Pola's actually tried to pay or if they just took off. PMs from Nick Pola their GR-Private forum come to certain members, latest was this month - basically still on for the end of March to begin payouts (we'll see) And the down GR-Private is related to a problem with that forum provider as far as I can gather.
