Dennis posted this as SDS Admin on GoldenTalk,

    Greetings all,
I am actually am not sure whether it is considered “okay” to post about your own program or not, but I have read several erroneious messages in these pages, and wanted to help clarify where i can.

First of all, I read where someone stated that they have seen on MMG where i have a different egold number than the one sent to those who inquire about the loan project. This is absolutely not true. Either someone is just blowing smoke, or they are trying to steral your money in my name. I only uise one egold account for the SDS Loans project. It is 1976xxx. I’m not saying that some one couldn’t have seen that on MMG, I’m just saying that if they did, whoever posted it was wrong or lying. I tried to find a thread about SDS on MMG, but couldn’t. So, I cannot confirm opr deny that it is there. If anyone can send me a direct link to the thrad that would be appreciated.

Next, I have seen reports that I am not paying, and this too is not exactly accurate. I am paying, but am behind. I have had several investments go sour, while simultaneously experiencing slow downs in the offline primary business income, and this right in the middle of a personal family cirsis which is too personal to discuss, but caused me to not be focused enough to adequately prepare for the other two events just mentioned. This has lead to a temporary slow down in payments. I am behind. I will not attempt to mislead you. However, I do not even leave myself an out, to avoid fulfilling my obligations to pay. Where most programs write excape clauses into their TOS, i provide a personal promissory note. Oh, sure, I know some will attack this, as only being worth the paper it is written on, but compare it to what others are offering you.

Now, something that is truly perplexing to me, is that many of the questions being asked here, have never been presented to me for a response. Even though several of the posters here are lenders, and have my contact information. Hmmmm? Much of this could have easily been clarified, if only someone had asked.

I read a lot of claims that i do not respond to emails. This to, is false. I may not respond the same day, and I may even miss some altogether. I am one person, and I am human. But keep in mind, that every email sent, is not necessarily received by it’s intended receiver. So, it very well may be that people are sending emails, and not getting a response, but it is not because i am not responding to the emails I receive. So, if you do not get a response, simply resend the email until you do. Just to be safe, you might try sending from a different email provider than your first attempt, just in case AOL is blocking your address for some reason.

Another question that has been asked, is am I paying selectively? Well, yes, and no. Whenever i get funds into a particular payment processor, I go down my list of people who have asked to be paid via that payment method, and i start paying in chronological order, until the funds are used up. Now, if you’ve never been in this position, there is something that you need to consider; I run out of funds for the larger payments before i run out of funds for the smaller ones. This does not mean that I am paying ther smaller loans first, it simply means that I pay what I can, in order, with the funds i have. As an example, since most of my loans are for $2500, the monthly payments are $417. So, let’s say I get $4000 in from an investment. I cannot pay ten people $417, but I can pay 9 (9 x $417 = $3753), which would leave $247. Okay, I cannot pay any more $417 payments, until I get more money in. However, I can still pay 14 more people $17 monthly paynments, which is the smallest payments i have, since the minimum loans are $100. So, at any given time, if payments are running behind, the smaller payments will most likely be more caught up than the larger ones. But there is no favoritsm, it’s just simple economics.

Another question asked, is have i run other online [programs, or investments and the answer is no. In fact, i didn’t even start the loans to be an lonline or offline program. I started them to offer freinds and family a way to receive some benefits from my efforts. I only opffered it ot myu online acquaintences after Pinnacle holdings left so many of them distraught, and wondering where to turn. This project has always been about helping others. I still live in the same house i have lived in for 12 years, and pay myself the same as I always did. The profits go to help people with disabilities to get off of governemnt assistance, and to help them out of crisis situations like eviction, utilty cut-offs, and the need for food.

I have probably missed some points brought up here and elsewhere, but for now, I have covered what I can remember of the questions asked. If there are others, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Thank you, and God bless.
