Surprise surprise! Check out their site if you have been a part of StormySurfShares a few months back. Apparently they’re refunding (or is it?)
Some finances will be secure by Thursday Sept 21st to begin paying some payments. Starting today Sharesholders are asked to forward their screenshots to stormysurfshares@yahoo.com along with payee Name and Mailing address. When your info is recieved and processed, your name and amount will be posted on the site, along with the status of payments to that person. This will be at the bottom of this page. Unlike other sites, there will be no deadline when you can submit your info.
Shareholders in North America will be paid by US money order and US postal service mail. Anyone OUTSIDE North America is asked to submit the way they prefer to be paid. Stormysurf will announce the payment method for anyone outside North America after hearing from shareholders in those regions. E-gold or any e-currency will not be a option due to the risk involved with exchanges scamming funds and e-gold hackers. Stormysurf is also looking for mature shareholders to monitor and help in the payout process. The shareholders must be or has been a senior shareholder, speak english and also have a reputation in the HYIP community . This can be person who runs another site as long as it is paying. Confirmation of name and mailing address will be required. If the shareholder has a good way of funding e-gold, something can possibly be worked out with them in order to pay anyone outside north america.
Again payouts will start going out on and after Thursday Sept 21st 2006. The rate going out will be Approx. $7000 per week, so shareholders can determine the rate they will be paid. The formula for payouts is as follows :
Shareholders who need $250 or under to be in profit will recieve an immediate payment.
Shareholders who need $251-$1000 to be in profit will recieve 3 payments one immediate payment and two more every 30 days .
Shareholders who need $1001- $5000 to be in profit will receive 5 payments , one immediate payment and 4 more every 30 days.
Shareholders who need over $5000 to be in profit will be paid at a rate of $1000 per month until paid up.

I couldn’t be arsed sending them ANOTHER email with lots of personal info. Why can’t they just make up a very basic script to scan through their records and group everyone’s account together and do automatic refunds to E-Gold…
Because they’re most likely full of it, are snooping for personal info, and are trying to put on a good face by issuing refunds that take twenty hoops to jump through so that people don’t sue as there are a LOT of angry punters after them.
