I am not that optimistic. Not the first one who claims to refund people. Also they say that this process will take up about 3 Months.
I also dont like the Idea they have about “starting new private” - What the heck? ^^
I knew when i invested, that my money could get lost, and i dont think i will get back my $100 bucks prinzipal
But I still hope

Actually Ivan, I wasn’t caught in the saga and have never deposited with OSC as well.
Going private would be interesting, but frankly in my heart, if everyone gets a refund of their principle for them to start afresh, it’ll be better.
Interesting idea regarding “starting new private”. I would invest into every new investment they will start, but I’d like to have my money back at first to decide what to do with it later.
i think katzen, most probably they’ll be asking users to rollover instead of footing the bill.
