I’ll be calling Marcos, FX-Experts & MegaInvForum this evening to discuss about what’s going on as I’ve seen alot of unhappiness even with his Managed Accounts (FXEMA) services.

In the meantime, do leave any questions for him here via comments so I could take note of what to ask him as well. Your participation is much appreciated.

I suppose the obvious questions are.

1/How much are FX Experts losses

2/has trading with the new broker started

3/when does he estimate withdrawals will start again

4/When will he allow the option of taking out funds minus the loss be considered

I am sure there are lots more

      thanks, jude.

      - can anyone be granted access to view the new account and confirm trading on a regular basis?
      - can we have an overview of the plan for recovery? i’m not expecting a miracle, but at least a timeframe, say 6 months, and if things are still not ok, what’s the next step
      - can we have more regular updates eg. weekly? even if there is nothing much to update on, he can at least indicate which stage he is at and how things are progressing.

Just to back up what mfalcon said, I would really like to know his excuse for not having posted a real update in weeks. It seem very unprofessional when managing millions of other peoples money.

I think mfalcon hit the nail on the head. I’ll add one more
      - After all this, do you still have the desire to keep going with FXE?

Thanks Jude for setting up the blog. Again I agree, Marcos is not keeping members updated with the situation. I have a few questions.

      1) The obvious one is how are the remaining FXE pooled funds performing with the new broker (negative / positive results)?

      2) Can Marcos confirm if indeed there is a 75% loss on FXEMA? If not, what is this program currently returning (say Septembers result)?

      3) If members want out of FXE (minus the percentage loss), is Marcos prepared to issue this amount as a refund to members?

      4) For those remaining in the program (or if we have to all ride this out), can Marcos please issue an update every 2 weeks to help keep everyone informed of the situation (that’s twice a month). I really can’t see this being a burden for Macos to implement this particular point. Would rather hear good / bad news than nothing at all (and then listen to speculation on the forums).

Thanks Jude for taking time out to call Marcos. Very much appreciated by yself and our members at PPP.

      Best Regards

      D1ck0.

      Hi Marcos,

Better refund what’s left, if you are so HONEST.
Trying to recover = Loosing everything.

      regards,

Ask him what the plan is. Try to make it an easy question and then let him explain how much time he needs..

Thank you guys, keep them coming in, I’ve tried to call and haven’t got any answers on the phone. Don’t think he’s avoiding it, but I’ll try to get him as soon as possible to iron out the issues.

I’ve actually attempted again last night, but seems like no one’s picking up. Side note: MegaInvForums NF account is available for viewing again.
