I’m gonna make this a short one since I haven’t had much time to talk to Marcos last night on the phone.
Trading is starting, and let’s hope the results will be good for refunds to start rolling soon. No timeline, no results as yet. I think Marcos wants to keep it that way.

Hello Jude, first of all, thanks for the update.
We have heard “trading is starting” several times, my question is, when did it exactly start? I thought FXE was trading for 6-7 weeks already. If not, what the hell have they been doing all this time? A broker change doesn’t take that long.
My concern is, if they ‘just’ started trading, we have still MONTHS of waiting ahead, with no news from Marcos concerning figures of the recovery process. I hope you understand that most investors cannot tolerate this situation any longer. Someone is about to do something really stupid…
I’d advice people to hold back and don’t do anything stupid to jeopardise our chances of getting back the money. Patience is a virtue, especially here.
If I rule out foul play with Marcos, I would have delivered his information and all the Due Diligence documents offered to me right from the start to everyone to take action, but its unnecessary since he’s really working on it, especially about a new trading system which I can’t talk about.
Just be patient for a few more weeks.

Have always thought Marcos a genuine guy and am more than prepared to be patient now because throwing all my toys out of my pram never did me any good.
Calling in any kind of authority almost always means the end so it pays to sit it out and accept that we invest in any Internet programme at our own risk and if it doesn’t work out, we put it down to experience and move on…
If we can’t do that, we shouldn’t be in this game!
I agree with the earlier comment here that there are many investors who simply don’t have the patience to sit and wait patiently and it would be good to get a concrete update from Marcos before one of them throws a tantrum and wrecks it for all of us, including Marcos.
Hey Rocatan, I feel your sentiment towards this issue, and if I can get Marcos to update us here, do stay tuned.

It seems that the one with the pathetic letter is not the home page. I have the link saved and it opens as the first page. The real homepage I guess is the old one which I hadn’t seen for a long time, mistaken for a new home page.
I hope every thing work out fine with FX. I kind of miss my money.

Why are we protecting Marcos with our silence? What has he done to deserve it? He is insulting his members with his callous indifference. He should at least pop into some of the forums to give us an update. Hey, I’m willing to be patient but give me a bone at least. Some proof or update that things are progressing.
Marcos is not in home this week and will be back the next. Apparently he’s on a business trip at Vitória.
