Sorry this has taken so long to get written
OK Last night (my time) at around 2:30 am it looks like there was a brute force attack on the server and someone managed to sneak ina wrong e-gold acct for TFT. This was caught immediately but it took me just a little while to get it fixed and a half dozen or so spends went to the wrong acct.
When he changed it he changed the text on the page so the members who did get caught had no idea it was wrong and I am buggered if I am going to have our people pay the cost of this person
These people have all been refunded from my own pocket.
The hole that this little person crawled through has been patched and now nailed shut.. ( I had notification at the time that spends were going to a wrong acct - it just took me a little while to get everything fixed.)
I am considering options - including moving the whole thing offline (after all you know we dont need the database to pay out) and that will foil any malevolent person completely. However a final decision hasn’t been reached yet.
Everything is ok - but there are nasty people who infiltrate the web… WE WILL and (HAVE) be making sure the doors are locked a little (lot) tighter.

Can someone tell me how to unblock it?
I called and emailed EGOLD, but they refuse to tell me why my account is blocked (THey ask me to see the contract, terms and conditions.. wtf…) and when I called the person told me to email them instead… wtf…

Andrew, I did. Do check your Junk folder or something to see if my email is being filtered out.
The last thing you can do is to send your due diligence documents to E-gold via Fedex so they could unblock your account as soon as they receive it.
