I’m still waiting for a pending on the 23rd without upgrading from 12by12Daily
From my understanding and kind explanation from GoldenTalk members, those who expired before the 24th will get paid at least 50% to whatever balance that is left and in order for you to get priority, you’ll have to upgrade to 50% to whatever that you’re cashing out. If not you’ll have to join the queue.
Why is it so?
This is the truth, David is running a ponzi. There’s no generation of returns from any of such advertising methods on surfs, then again everyone should have already knew it, else it would be a real sin for you to come back to reality when you are all the way at the back of the queue and lose money.
It’s a smart way to keep 12by12 alive since this is the month where people will tend to keep money to themselves to get presents for their love ones.
I’d like to seek opinions from readers on how you feel about this.
Personal opinion: It’s not wrong to join one, we know it’s a game from the start.

I got paid today from 12by12Daily so I am pretty happy now.
Don’t know if I’m gonna get paid again but I trust David at this moment.
Pending since the 23th? I have a cashout pending since 29th and I was waiting for my payment! Seems like I have to wait. One thing I don’t understand: If I have 2 pending cashouts and I don’t have money left to upgrade again, what will happen? Will I still get my payments?
Dave extended the Nov 24th date to Dec 5th. Payouts are currently as far as pendings from the 25th. I have (2) $4320.00 pending the oldest expiry being the 26th of Nov. I post when I get paid.

If I didn’t misunderstand, Dave has updated the expiration date for “50%pay/50%auto-upgrade” up to the 5th Dec. Have you logged-in lately?
Of of all sites that have 50/50% rule only one had a vote which we could have a say whether to imposed the 50% rule …917horsepower.com. There was an option for those that did not want in … they were paid fully and where not allowed to upgrade for a month … which I think was fair. Also a firm date was set for the new ruling …this enabled everyone to get prepared for the upgrade
Dave never gave us this option. If he had voiced out that he wanted to head into that direction, take a poll and give us time to adapt … I’m sure most of us would have agreed with him. Perhaps he should hire a “PR” person. The trust is lost … I know I shouldn’t get emotional about this but …. I’m only human waiting for my money to purchase my macbook pro ….sigh

Need your advise.
If everyone would know about an oppertunity being a ponzi it would be fair to run and join them. Truth be told: not everyone knows. This means some people foolishly throw in their hard earned money and pull the shortest end. For this reason I try to avoid ponzi’s if I can. At least I will not be responsible for robbing people of their money.
I think we all knew that this was a ponzi. But may I tell all that me and my wife have between us been paid 3 times since the new payments started up again. Yes one was for only $8.64 but the other two were for substantial amounts and not to be sniffed at. Our next payments are due for the 27th 30th and 31st between us so hopefully these will soon appear. All I can say is with the new rules is that I don’t think we have a option with what is happeneing but as Dave has said this could program could go on for a long time once everybody gets over the shock and reads and understands the new rules. As he has said already once 3 or 4 weeks have passed we will look back and think what it was all about. If over the next few days Dave can catch up on lost time with payouts I think this could go a lot further, but we will see.

That’s how I understood as “50%pay/50%auto-upgrade”.
(Pls someone correct me if I’m wrong.)
But then as for the “50%free-auto-upgrade”:
” These free upgrades will then need to be matched 100% in order to cash them out.”
So he did the math and that would give you the same result, eventually.

This is my opinion. 12×12 will last for 3 to 5 years.
You know why, because Dave is holding our money for hostage.
We will have to pay ransoms for our pendings.
And then there are more pendings and more ransoms that we have to pay.
With the snail pace that it is going now, 12×12 will last for many years to come to the last drops.
Besides Dave is not in a hurry to pay. Why would he?
This is what I see how 12×12 is working now.

What was/is Dave’s purpose of running a ponzi?
I mean, has he got much money profited in for himself by now, enough to cover all the troubles he had gone through since the beginning of dadnd?
On the surface right now, it doesn’t look like he has.
So he run a ponzi and earned all the troubles, is that it?
Or is this all according to “scenario” written at start, so he’s got what he wanted?
Or is there anything else, apart from money, to gain (status? fame?) by running a ponzi?
Putting his purpose aside…
So what went wrong?
Did he not see the problem early enough? but from what were all said about Dave by his staff and members, he would have seen it and as macmuflim said, could have given us members more time and chance.
What I still wonder is:
When he decided to increase max to $12,000 instead of implementing 50/50 rule at that time “against suggestions from his staff”, did he not see *It* coming?
We all see “one change” equal “red sign”, and Dave would have known we do so.
If he didn’t know, he obviously didn’t see *It* coming either, i.e. negative PR followed by big hitters running off.
I’m not suggesting Dave has to be a superman but it’s just too bad, having heard (read) all about the legend man, unless all the talks about Dave were on an illusion.
Having said all, (can you see I’ve done any “sorting”? Lol)

(Who knows, theray could be right we may be still on this entry in 3 years time lol)
To end ponzi peacefully (if that’s possible), what can/should be done ??

If members are happy at the end of this ponzi, what would be left for Dave ??

12X12 is gonna end the same way DadnDaves ended…with a lotta people surfing for nothing and not getting paid…surfers have such short memories–if he didn’t pay at the first site, why expect him to pay at the second..but some of you guys will also run and put money into his third site….
yuko: To change TOS without informing members priorly is a no-no red flag. He should know. How would a program survive in that long run without respecting members’ decision?
For the “pool” that he is running that’s getting empty, so he needs top up and asks the members to upgrade 50/50. That’s a huge sign that its a ponzi (we know from the start but he’s making it even obvious)
How could we just kid ourselves to support him again?
Hey baby boy: This is simply not true. I wasn’t a fan of the first, and was very skeptical of the second. Only joined 12by12 to think that I could do a diverse portfolio burst, but the 3rd pending caught me.
This will be my last time to show support for David’s program.
Whatever the reasons maybe that Dave had decided, my opinion-support his decisions.
His program does a lot of good to people, one of them is me. It change life and the situation now he faces, the more positve we should be. Not Paranoid or casting Bad votes.
Honest as he is, he will get my support and blessings.
