    Findings of Life Holdings

I’ve been delaying a lot recently, due to loads of commitments from the work and disappointment of some people who don’t appreciate the work that we’ve been doing (enough said about this issue). There’s too many definition of Due Diligence out there, and for you know, this term has might be over/ under-rated. We’ll just use “Review” instead of “Due Diligence” for Life Holdings. There will not be any Due Diligence reports from us thereafter from today.

Life Holdings returns is based on..

Blackjack. Everyone should be familiar with the casino card game; The returns are derived from Blackjack sessions everyday on Betfair. The program administrator, Dan has explained in the interview on how his session daily works.

Andrewunknown expressing his views on the sessions via HYIP Ranks Forum here.

Dan himself, explains how it works in his Life Holding’s Forum and with session details update here.

I have requested Dan to show me a session, but he declined. Fair enough as he explains that if it leaks, we wouldn’t be investing in Life Holdings and will be doing the session ourselves.

Since Betfair takes in only bank wires, the question has been posted to him; E-gold to Bankwire where fees are involved, isn’t it silly? Why not take in bank wire instead? You can check out the interview I had with him.

Personally I do not like the idea of just keeping a 15% float for in, out exchanging. To be frank, since payments are being made weekly, a viable option would be just to do bank wires and maximize the profits that he has for his investors and himself. Keeping the E-gold option is good for making HYIP investors life easier, that’s all. But to keep a float (like a reserve) will always be good, for other purposes (such as lost bets etc).

Question has been post on what if the deposits has reached the 150,000 - 200,000 level as well. Dan responded that the funds will diversify to forex for the returns. He will be trading the account himself should Life Holdings hit that level of deposits.

    The Program Administrator, Dan

I have verified almost every little bit of information I could apart from the passport, and the physical address that was provided to me. Sneakily, I’ve taken webcam shots of him and the verification bit without his consent. The photos and information are blurred to protect his privacy; Should you want similar sessions like this, you can try contacting Dan (I’m not sure whether he’ll approve this, but, worth a shot ;) )

    more photos on flickr

Calls has been made to his cellphone, and his land phone, with web cam verification being done at the same time. Additional information was provided (like his matriculation ID and even rental agreement).

Webcam was pointed to his screen as well to show me on his Betfair account.

If anyone is in Romania and wants do volunteer for a meet up or do some verification on this, please contact Dan and maybe let me know so we could present it to the rest of our readers as well.

The bloke is honest and open on his information, and does provide me with all the things I asked him to provide in a timely manner.

    Conclusion

I always believe in whatever you invest in (in this case, gamble), as long as you have a system that works and stick to it, in the long run you’ll be the winner.

For Life Holdings, Dan has proven himself to be disciplined to stick to what he has and doesn’t risk the principle sum that he puts in Betfair to increase significantly the amount of profit he can make per session. The earnings are constant, and you don’t see raking percentages.

Investors are happy with the way that Dan is handling the program right now, with returns being paid in a very timely fashion.

    The Downsides

I don’t see any website which allows user to check their balance, though Dan says it’ll be ready by 07, we’ll have to see how things will pan out then.

To break even with their average returns per week means we’ll have at least 8 months before the principle sum is being recovered. This simply means the lifespan of this HYI must be over 8 months, putting Life Holdings into the high risk category.

I’ve not been shown any sessions that he plays, which doesn’t confirm of the constant profit that he is reporting; probably if it’s possible in the future.

Since he’s dealing with funds and has to out exchange to E-gold all the time, a fluctuation in gold price would simply means there might be a possibility that he’ll exhaust his 15% float. We’ve seen a lot of funky ping pong patterns with gold prices lately.

Since it’s a one man show, it’s more advisable that he gets someone to deal with the administrative side instead of himself; Sharing loads would always be better with partners so he can concentrate more on the sessions instead. As time goes by if his program happen to grow, more investors would simply exhaust him if he deals with both administration and betting sessions.

No records of forex trading shown. We might be looking at it in the future if the program grows.

Life Holdings isn’t registered, though it doesn’t affect much of what he’s doing at the moment to make returns for the investors, the impression given might be misleading.

    The Upsides

It’s a good diversifying area, since most of the opportunities presented are dealing with forex, or some as a matter of fact that doesn’t divulge what kind of work they do (Legisi).

Your funds is not locked for 8 months, which means you are allowed to leave anytime you’re unhappy about it.

The man himself is dynamic, and full of energy for his program; He doesn’t get tired of what he does. Age does really matter ;)

Discipline is the key, I think he has what it takes but I might be judgmental here.

    I’ll be in.

Whoever played Blackjack at Betfair thinks Betfair is cheating there. So many 20 reached with the first hand.
I am thinking of excluding myself from the Betfair Casino for safety.

Jan, I play at Betfair Games - Blackjack Exchange, not in their casino.

    3. Gravatar Icon 3 Jan

      Ah, okay.

What do you think of my opinion of their Casino games?

    4. Gravatar Icon 4 Dan (Optimus)

When losing you will probably get the same ’something is wrong’ feeling at every casino. With some, well maybe most, of the casinos out there, you would be right, but I don’t think Betfair is cheating.

Not allowing access to the Betfair data seems like a Red Flag to me unless Dan can explain how monitoring sessions of BLACKJACK would threaten the program. If you have a system of some kind, it would hardly be compromised by allowing 1 or 2 ppl to report on it.

    6. Gravatar Icon 6 Dan (Optimus)

It’s easy for you to make such a request, because you’re not the one who developed the system from scratch and working with it. Try to see things from my point of view for a minute, and maybe you will understand.

      Regards.

I understand from Dan’s point of view as well, that’s why I’ve explained in the review on this issue.

It’s like a patent of some sort, except that when people know how-to, there’s no reward of any sorts as well. lol

Perhaps I’m just unfamiliar with BetFair but I’ve certainly played my fair share of BlackJack. Seeing as I don’t have the ability to count cards when they’re using 5-7 Decks it’s all about who’s at the table and how they play the percentages. Unless you’ve somehow ‘hacked’ the algorithm I’m not exactly sure how someone watching would be able to figure out what you’re doing is a ’system’.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m just like everyone else here; looking for an opportunity with a legitimate shot at making it. Perhaps listening to the semi-scammer Richard from GG-Investments and how his poker accumen was going to make everyone baskets of money has me a bit jilted.

Dan, is it possible to show me a few sessions? I could sign an NDA with you as well as sort of agreement to state that I will not be doing it for myself or divulge it, as to just look at how you’re doing.

    10. Gravatar Icon 10 Dan (Optimus)

I have already declined that possibility, even with a signed NDA.

MrLinux, admin of eTalkmoney.net has requested I meet in person with a friend of his from Romania. I have no problem with that, so as long as his friend agrees, it’s a date :-)
If his friend does not live nearby, I will travel to his location in January.

      Regards.

I’m being asked why I prefer to accept e-currency deposits and no bank wires.

It’s because I don’t have a company yet. Life Holdings isn’t registered - yet! So if I get too many wire transfers from people outside Romania, I tend to get under the bank’s spot light.

If I receive wire transfers from just two e-currency exchangers, and make payments to Betfair and a trading account, that’s ok. But more just attracts unnecessary attention.

      Regards.

As agreed Dan will show me a session in January, any recommendation for a desktop conferencing software to do so?

I’ve joined Life Holdings today with a deposit.

      Hello Dan and Jude,

Everything looks good, and I’ll probably go in with a little chunk.

I have one concern though…..and it has to do with the burnout factor. You are one person, and you say you work this thing 52 weeks a year. If you don’t mind me saying so, that doesn’t leave a lot of room for balance in your life. Look at Andy at XLO….one person running 2 programs and a forum, for a year. He has to be fried at this point.

Do you have anyone else that you trust if - God (or whoever) forbid - you became incapacitated for a time?

      Thanks,

      BBT.

    14. Gravatar Icon 14 Jude

Yo BBT, I raised the same concerns as well on the burnout factor, but I think Dan is the better guy to answer your question.

    15. Gravatar Icon 15 Dan (Optimus)

      hey BBT!

God forbid I become incapacitated to work! But if that would ever happen, Life Holdings would discontinue activity for a while. All investments would be refunded immediately!

I don’t work till burnout. I have a daily plan and try to stick to it. Betting can take anything from 1 to 5 hours; updating new deposits, withdrawals, members and forums takes 30-60 minutes; and ‘job’ finished!

In recent years, I don’t remember ever getting tired or bored from working. I know I am working for myself, fulfilling my dreams, slowly getting where I want to be, and that fills me up with energy and momentum. I’m like the Duracell Bunny! LOL

      Regards!

Ok….thanks for the quick reply Dan….sounds good. I’ll go in with a C-note sometime this weekend.

      All the best,

      BBT.

Only thing i wonder about is: why is the webserver located in India ? :)

    20. Gravatar Icon 20 Dan (Optimus)

One of the offshore located servers with PHP5 and other facilities I have been told - for future website development.

      Regards,
      Dan

Well I hope you will go for a dedicated in the future. Using this basic DD tool (http://hyipsystems.com/DD-Tool/life-holdings.com) It doesn’t look so good.

But above all LH is gr8 :)

    22. Gravatar Icon 22 Jude

I wouldn’t be bothered by those stuff once i did my own studies and affirm that a program can do well in the long run. But glad you raised the question mixomix
