He could do a refund like people want it but he refuses it. Please Jude, give his personal details out to persons who are interested to catch him. If not, the DD made no sense at all.

I think its easy and fair: Give him 2 weeks to start the refund process for everyone who wish to do that. If he refuses, than give out his personal details. There is really no need to trust him anymore.
There’s no rush for me to do that. Think in a calm manner, threat resolves to nothing.
Let him speak, according to another email to me, he’s translating something for the forums to address everyone.
I’m not even sure what’s gonna go on next, but we’ll have to see.
I think we all understand that HYIP = Risk. Nobody is disputing that.

Do you really think the government is going to get our money back? Anyone remember 12DP? No one has seen a sent from that, all because authorities got involved. If we give Marcos time we still have a small chance of getting our money back. If we bring the feds into we have zero chance of getting our money back.
It honestly makes me laugh that you think you have a legal basis to go after these people. You know the risk of HYIPs, and you can’t cry foul when a program goes wrong. Accept it. move on, and be happy if you eventually get refunded.

Jude is acting wisely. Marcos seems to be in a very tight spot now. Giving him more space may open up chances for the future, if we have any chance at all.
Jorhyne’s words feel like cold steel, but I think he is right. High Yield is not for the faint of heart. Sadly, like he said, bringing in authorities will not help. I have seen no case in which doing this actually refunded members in the HYIP arena.
People who think you can just throw that legal clause every time something goes wrong needs to take a few steps back and look at the big picture.
Most legal cases i have seen just drag on for years. Look at 12DP, sure there are proceedings going on but all we get is the occasional email with a load of lawyer blah blah blah.
In the end, the lawyers will use 90% of the funds as legal cost and what we are left is the only 10%
Just let Marcos do what he has to do. I have written off FxE as a lost anyway and never use rent money on hyip. If you did, then you are even bigger idiot then most newbies who think they can win playing 200% per day programs.

Call me a pessimist, but I don’t think he’ll be able to recover his losses, even if I’m positive he is trying to.
Its not about getting the money back, its about to set a sign!
If its really so easy to scam people, I will open up my own “investment company” tomorrow.
If he really wants to convince everyone of his loss, why not just post the trading records?
That would be a lot easier than trying to talk everyone into calming down, show the records, that would convince people that there really was a big loss and if he really is trying to recover, (rather than delaying tactics) the recent recoveries.
FXE was not a scam in my view. It was a badly run program by a clueless admin and a bad trader.
To run a program without having a clue is a scam in my eyes!
katzenhai.. to make it easier for you, why not try to get in touch with him and express your views. it’ll be better so he knows what most of us are thinking.
