Andy updates via email on The Finer Things delaying payouts to adjust the timing,

    Hey there

I am going to be taking off 24 hours from TFT payouts. This “time off” will commence as of 7:00 PM EST (ie in a few hours) and will run for (obviously ) 24 hours. The time is actually to conicide with the GMT time which is the only constant we all have.

An opportunity has come up for me to get away for a few hours tonight and tomorrow and I’m going to take it.

Now I also know this will raise the ire of some people who will claim I should have given more notice and – in that respect you’re right – I should have but the opportunity didn’t present itself earlier.

XLO is unaffected – it is auto pay and I don’t need to be here to ensure that runs.

Please note that we have always had a 24 hour window for payouts – no payout will actually be late – and on resumption we will be working to reduce the difference between maturation time and payout time in a steady manner. This is not that crappy “read the rules” thing – it is just I could do with a break – the opportunity is there – and I also want you all to know prior to it happening.

Thank you for the support you have all shown throughout the last 4 months for TFT and the last 12 months for XLO. It is, as always, much appreciated.

My best wishes of the season to you all.
