Well I receive news from Marc, on the changes of AP’s Investors’ Corner Structure

The Investors Corner has been now online since April 2006.

We have always considered it like a Financial Project developed as a Profit Sharing Business and strictly
connected to our Company results in The Gold Exchange Business.

We never claimed nor we will ever claim to be an HYIP. Our system is a strict Mathematical Model and it substains itself from the profit we get and not from new money from new subscribers like many other programs. I have some numbers for you that could be of interest. Since the opening day until now we have paid:

We have planned big changes for this year 2007 starting from the re-opening date on January 3rd, 2007 at 00:00:00 (Midnight) Thailand Time. Let’s try to explain everything:

1. All the existing plans have been closed
2. All principal returned to a Holding Balance that you can see displayed in the first page just after being logged into
your account.
3. New Plans are available for new subscribtions and will be managed in a different way that I will explain below.

The above are the basic news but let’s go deep to explain and to avoid any confusion.

1. All plans closed: We have closed them accordingly to our mathematic Model that guarantee the payback. This means that we have credited the holding balance with the difference between the money deposited in the plan and the amount you already got back.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: You are not loosing anything. You have earned until this moment and you will just open a new plan of your choice and will go ahead in earning the daily profit accordingly to the plan.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Someone will see the holding balance at 0.000. This happens only to the ones (like me) that always cashed out the money received from the system. These members have already earned a high profit and cashed it out from the system. In a few words for these members it is like we shorted out the plan length and they earned profits like 15%, 25%, 39% or more in 40, 50 or 90 days.

They will be able to subscribe new plans reinvesting the money they cashed out and this is strictly conforming to our Terms & Conditions. To better explain this and to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding we have made available a page in the members area where you get all the stats and your previous situation and where you will also see how much profit you made until now. Just log into your account and then click on the right top on “Old Summary”. Everything is explained there mathematically.

And now for all The New Plans:

Each plan has a slightly changed percent rate daily profit. You need to check these carefully alongside each plan you may wish to subscribe. Also each new subscribed plan will also have the principal paid back each business day accordingly to the length of the plan. In this way we move The Investors Corner to a complete real Loan System where we pay you back every day part of the loaned principal and the interests.

This is also the reason of the lowered percentages offered. We do not keep your money until the end of the plan but we pay them back daily so the percentage offered daily becomes a composit interest and not a fixed interest. In a few words on your deposit amount, at the end of the period, your earned profit will be higher than the nominal one.

And now for something completely different and so new that it will make The Internet History.

No one ever did it this before.

We are planning to “Go Public” in 3 to 4 years with AsianPay Co. Ltd and then to list the Company in The Stock Exchange. All our members participating in The Investors Corner will be able to be part of it and to become the new shareholders of The Public Company.

For any new plan subscribed there will be two choices for all members. These choices will be as follows.

1.You will be allowed to place your profits into a 7.5% Yearly Interest account for non-withdrawals only.
This Interest will be paid to you from the Plan Expiration date up to the date the Company will “Go Public”. At that time your accrued money will be converted in Shares of The Public Company. With accrued money we mean:

A - Your Principal
B - The Investors Corner Profits
C - The 7.5% Yearly Interest on the amount above compounded.

For those who choose this option it cannot be changed at any time in the future.

2. If you are not interested at the present time in being a future shareholder you will have all the usual withdrawal methods available and we will continue to provide our services as always in a very honest and timely way.

I want to just add something really personal here: PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHAT WE DID AND IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ASK BEFORE TO CLAIM WE ARE CHEATING. WE ARE NOT CHEATING ANYONE, WE HAVE CALCULATED THAT 100% of members have had a return on their principals over the plans set payment days.
