There are some news coming in that SGFH has started refunding people.
I haven’t received mine yet, but you should check your account to see if you got yours (if you have opt for a refund and closure of your SGFH account)

Received my refund two days ago after money being tied up
for 5 months. SGFH was one of my worst selections for ROI.
Of course, it was better than being scammed!
ah, glad to hear that you’ve received your refunds, but its a bad time to take in gold since it dipped 12$ a few hours ago ain’t it?
And gold will drop a bit more before the rise will start again. I expect something around $580.
Jude, if you want to be refunded you must visit their forums and see their latest instructions (if you have not)..

Udachu Invest and SGFH Refunds
You will be happy to know that the conversions are complete enough to allow us to proceed with the next step.
This is what you must do to receive the refund.
1. Send an email to udachurefund@safe-mail.net
2. Subject line must say: UI refund or SGFH refund. Nothing more, nothing less!!
3. If you have an account with both programs, then you must send 2 emails, one for each program. Send both to the same email address.
4. Put the following information, and nothing but the following information, in the body of each email:
* a. Name of program: ie - UI
b. The Username you used with this program:
c. Email address on file for this program:
d. Egold account link: (Use the link located at the top of the page when you login to your account. It insures you are the one to receive the payment.)
e. Your egold account Name and Number:
f. Total amount of funds showing in the program’s account:
g. Refund option - egold or d-carat:
h. If choosing d-carat, then enter your d-carat account number:[b]
5. Repeat the above 4 steps for each program for which you have requested a refund.
Here is an example of what the email should look like. Copy/paste this sample into your email, but edit in your own information:
Program: ie - udachu invest
Username: ie - joesmoe
Email: ie - joesmoe@abcemail.com (from UI account or SGFH account)
Egold account link: http://123456789.e-gold.com
Your egold account name and number: ie joesmoes gold #123456789
Total amount of funds currently showing in your program account: ie - 412.00
Refund Option: ie - egold
- if choosing d-carat, then enter your d-carat account number: ie - #012
Note: Complete your email carefully. Mistakes will be your responsibility.
If the emails are not exactly like the above, they will be moved to the bottom of the list to sort out at a later date. We want to make this as quick and as easy as possible for all of us.
The email should contain only the above. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are questions or comments to go to this email address.
A few things you should know:
1. E-gold obviously is not free to buy or use, so it will not be for the refunds either. There will be a
5% charge on all egold refunds which will be taken directly from your refund.
2. The refunds will be processed manually. The time frame in which you will receive your refund will depend on the program, and the order in which they are received. I’m sorry, we cannot forecast how long this will take or in which order people will be paid.
3. I understand that you have already done the procedure with the website choosing the refund, but for both your and our security, I am re verifying all accounts to ensure you receive the funds, and not someone else trying to steal or hack their way to financial freedom.
4. It is absolutely imperative that you take every precaution because UDACHU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for your errors or for the hacking of any of your emails or egold accounts. This is your responsibility and we will in no way be able to recover or replace your funds.
5. Once the email is sent to us from you from the listed email on your program account, we will send your refund to the currency account that was requested by you in your email.
The refunds will be processed in 2 stages.
* 1. We will give back the initial investment on the first stage to ensure everyone can receive their funds the first time around.
2. The second stage will be the interest payment.
6. Once your refund has been processed, your account will go to ‘frozen’ status, and eventually be erased from Udachu’s database. At that point, you will no longer have access to the websites or the forum.
Please do not send any questions regarding the refunds as I don’t have the answers. I will be strictly just paying out as I listed above. Rather, post your questions in the forum.

I could access the site last night, but not now. It gives me an error.

I give this refund process not more than a 50% chance to be received.
By the way, accessing the Homepage gives me Error 12263 “Unexpected answer” not 404
i received my refund today (less than 24hrs after i submitted the email yesterday).
Yeah both sites are down,,, they are doing things to it should be back on monday,,,,
Thank you guys for the info. Otherwise I will be stupidly sitting waiting for the refund. I will send that e-mail now. Will let you know if they really refund everyone.

no they won’t email you when it’s been done. just check your eGold every now and then. they said the only email that will go out is when all accounts are finished..
(but you may get an email from eGold it self, if they use the ####.e-gold.com thing to refund you)

I did receive an e-mail that my refund had been processed at my
UDACHU account e-mail address. I received nothing at my SGFH
account e-mail address. And, yes, it was my SGFH refund.
Bet you’re surprised they can’t even get e-mail notification right!?
Received my refund today also without any notification.
5% loss for 2 months waiting..
Well all you complaining that it is taking to long or the 5% fee is too much or the emails are not going out ,then put it this way how many refunds have you recieved from programs that made a promice?????? i bet none!!!!!
udachu is at least paying out the refunds , that is proven
The refunds came in for me. I for one didn’t say Udachu is a scam, nor SGFH is. But I just don’t wanna be part of their ventures or participate any programs under their wing.
Kudos to the refund minus 5% though.
i have no idea whether are there any priority to refunds. but may i ask is the amount that you ask for a big sum?
Mine is an aweful small amount in which I would consider it as a donation to them even if it doesn’t come back. Maybe email them again with the details would be a wiser choice my friend.
The website is down and I have no idea of how much money I have inside. I would like to know what is the % they have paid their investors so far so that I can calculate. Can anyone advise?

Mine is a large sum also and I have not received the refund. I sent the e-mail one day later than Jude.
Waiting so much for seven days since seding e-mail.
Looks refunded only relatively small amount.
I wish to get 20% refund of total principal at least.
I may had better resign to get it from SGFH and UI.

Are you waiting on SGFH or UI? As i heard UI won’t happen til after SG. But either way, I’d go ahead and resend your request, maybe it got lost in cyberspace?

No refund here. I sent the email anyway. I was tooo patient. Since all related website about udachu & sgfh are gone, I guess they are confirmed scam?
All related website are gone, as a decision from Udachu to convert all programs to email only communication. Last week they announced that refunds for SGFH will be resuming from this week.

Well, it keeps the cost of maintaining/supporting/securing/ a website low ..
And seeing how UdachuFund, which was from the start email-only, is trouble free they opted for this. (i suppose)
The dedicated forum is active ofcourse and all discussions take place there.
Statements for those that stay in the programs will be once a month, along with instruction on how to redeposit/withdraw.
Just to let you all know, got my SGFH refund on the 16th March.
