Source from Agent725, that PIU lies in its ruins.
… After doing some investigations and contacting other sources around Financia Investing Inc, we were told that the person called Mr Gregory Dixon had control of all accounts pertaining to Financia Investing inc.
Up to this day, we were not able to communicate with anyone at Financia Investing inc anymore, telephones are disconnected, there is no one at the office or at home, no one is returning calls to any of us.
We were not alone on this problem, there are more than 30+ investors directly working with Financia Investing Inc., some of them were retired persons who gave away their IRA and 401k account for trading to Financia Investing Inc.
One of Financia`s direct clients did hire an investigator to find out more details about all this and to find about where Mr Gregory Dixon is. A report was filed with San Jose Police Fraud Unit on December 22th and followed up in December the 28th.
Other direct investors have filled a report at the FBI during December and January. A full case is being pieced up in order to give more details to authorities.
So following all these news and details we have been able to get up to now, things are very grim, all the funds were there, certificates of deposits were held by Financia Investing inc, all our family`s savings, our closest friends savings, everything gone in a spoof. As we are all very aware, in the USA there is a strict control of all money transfers and any activities which involve financial risk. …
… Many people might also think, if the investment company was chanting of a holiday break then WHY didn`t you took all the money out or a part of the money out? Well, we tried but the damage was already done, we found out with our investigations (explained in the report) that they were already cheating their clients about withdrawals. What about the Risk Policy? The risk policy was to cover you against trading losses, not against the investment company committing fraud (read the agreement). In the report we show proof that there was indeed a protection method of your funds. …
I was surprised at how long did PIU last since I haven’t had good impression of them since the beginning. (Yea the DXinone times). A good thing to do is to form up close contacts with everyone else who has been in PIU’s forums, and start to trail back to see if anything could be done.

It is good to hear that the investors are not just rolling over and saying “We can make it up at the next one.” They are actually going after the scammers!

Yes, http://www.bfgintlholding.com/, was a second investment ‘club’ organized by PIU operatives. The site intentionally looks the same. The idea with this second site was to give members of it a smaller return than members of PIU, so the stability of PIU could be increased.
Traces I did on the IP’s show the servers of PIU and BFG to be in different physical locations. A who-is did not yield any interesting information. Drop me a note on my blog if you want maps and traces.
Werent a lot of yearly plans of 144% profit( 100% initial) going to be unlocked in february? And a week or 2 before they had to pay out this massive sums to members they are suddenly gone. Coincidence? Frankly, I never believe in such thing. I always hoped I was wrong, but I am sad to say PIU was a scam from the beginning. If you believe that or not, the money is gone. Another sad day in hyip world. Why can’t admins be honest like they should?
I will be extremly impudent if they keep running the bfg program and accpet spends. Everyone should be warned not to invest there. With that low ROI they will close before anyone is in profit.

They are not scammer. It was just the company failure and the trade does come from USA. I have read more news than that.
That was why all investment are at risk and it can happen to anyone if the trade or mismanaged fail but not scam company. All you need to understand how the investment work and please face the fact.
I have invest in there but I understand why they failed because I have seen the real reports between PIU and the Financia Investing Inc. So Financia Investing Inc is at their fault but not PIU!
Don’t get the wrong idea if you making false speculation or accusation.

Moonfish, there are no trading failures or mismanagement which leads to 100% loss of funds.
Or
- Financia Investing Inc scammed PIU and indirectly scammed us. But were PIU not supposed to trade theirself? So in this scenario PIU LIED TO US

- PIU simply lies, and scammed us
Either way we were scammed. Noone looses 100% of the money.

I was just about to make the same post. Dunno where the hell this third party company came from. When I signed up in PIU, I was under the false impression they were the ones doing the trading.
So now with the sudden appearance of this ‘investment company’, PIU is absolved of all crimes and guilt?
I think you all got the wrong information.
PIU and Financia Investing Inc are both a real company but the problem is Financia Investing Inc was mismanaged and fail to trade which it cause them lost everything. That was why Financia Investing Inc have been cheated to PIU. These things can happened to any investment.
Was I upset? It was bother me? I am not bother or upset because you should know that every investment are always risk but please dont scream them..Scam, Ponzi or whatever. Just remember we are adults here and you have no evidence at all. No one know the answer.
Believe me, I have seen them and I know what it is like. PIU is a real genuine company but unfortuntely, it was happened to them. I have seen other real million dollar investment out there are much worse than that. For example, It is happened to my friend who invest few thousands pounds in a real swiss company (Look very real more than PIU) but it went wiped out his money.
To be clarify here: You invest money with them as it is at your own risk. Now dont blame them. I am not here to support them but for me, I accept that and move on with my life. Lucky, I just started with small amount of money with them anyway.

From what I PIU just fed us it seems they were investing into Financia Investing Inc from the beginning.
Hmmm sometime back when I first heard of them in spring 2006 I thought they said they made their money with DXinone?????

I still have all of them, so I could take a look.
I do not believe that they ever said they maid their money through DX Synergy (DXinOne) - It just happens that at least one of adm. of PIU is also one of the adm. of a well known teaching forum of DX Synergy.
I also thought they supposedly did their own trading. Anyway I doubt we see any money back. As it does happen tho. this adm. has been on vacation from that forum and just pops in now and again. Good question might be, was the vacation sipping drinks on a beach somewhere or crying in her beer!!
Wanda Lee Newby ran Financia Investing and was the CEO and chief trader.
Greg Dixon was her partner and CFO of Financia Investing.
Wanda and Greg were in a common law relationship, where Greg was 35 years old and Wanda was 68 years old.
Wanda fell ill in Dec. 2005 and stopped paying investors at that time. However while most investors were fighting for their money back through out 2006, Financia was accepting funds from PIU apparently. Perhaps Financia was paying PIU as well.
Wanda died of cancer in Dec 2006 and Greg cut the phone lines shortly after her death and has not communicated with any of the investors.
Greg seems to think he can keep the remaining funds for himself.

I have $100 in PIU and now I’m not sure if I can get it back. I hope they all go to hell!
I found this article about PIU and Financia Investing. They do have a point that PIU probably was lying to investors although it had already collapsed in 2005.

PIU invested with financia investing.They lied to their investors, because PIU claimed to have their own traders. Then in dec’05 financia investing collapsed. PIU lied again by not telling their members. Dont tell me they didnt know their trader faded away for over a year. On the contrary they kept accepting new deposits, even making new and better promises to its members instead. You really think PIU really reinvested the money with financia investing? Hell no, no doubt It went straight into their own pockets. PIU perhaps started with honest intentions but they alrdy went bankrupt end 05 just a few months after their launch. They turned into a scam ever since and now the scam has been exposed. PIU just smells fishy.

besides messing alot of peoples investments up, a bank that my wifes aunt (wanda lee newby) used for her personal account, was drained of about 6 million, the bank wountnt give us strait answers , they would just say yes or no to our questions, and after the long talk we came away with the amount that was took out of the account the day wanda died. ive done some reserch and everyone said he skiped the country but i think hes still statside, we called his cell phone and i think because it was a arkansas number he answered, he denied taking money and got hatful, he has been online as late as nov 2007, with freinds and family in tx, around denton and huston, if the fbi is looking for him it looks like they would monitor his my space account and trace him down. with all the tracks a computor leaves it looks like they could find him, and still to this day no one has contacted any of wandas family, we found out about her death from the internet, around march 2007 and if any of her family could aford it they would hire someone to find greg dixon,
so mayby one of you could have someone check out all the freinds and family he has in tx and probley find him and everyone could get some answers,
