Google A3Union and you find HYWD interview and Investigation from HYIP-Assistant on DTM
I’ve went through the reports that David asked me to view, and it really doesn’t look convincing. Any of the these normal financial reports could be grabbed from any Stock Exchange sites and tailored to their own.
Sentiments from HYWD’s interviews are negative. The important thing that bugged me was this done by HYIP-Assistant,

Unless they allow us to visit them and check out their trading, else it’s better that your money is in your pocket.

Now I remember that when we had some chats with them, they were replying pretty fast in my day hours (same timezone with Russia), while they were quiet in the night. Ties up well with the above.

Ive been associated with a3union for 4 months now.. and ive been getting my money back along with the interest… Yes I did have some technical problems in between but they were all addressed. I emailed them and got responses accordingly. But yes I was wondering how far long I should continue investing with them. But you guys haven’t researched anymore i suppose?
The fact that you got your principal back with profits doesn’t mean it’s not a scam.
It can still close at any moment, leaving the current investors without their funds. They will choose the time where they can make the more money and maybe they don’t think they got enough money yet…
One thing I remember about A3Union is that they changed their Whois information a few weeks after they started. I checked the Whois and two days after it was different (with a totally different address…), so that’s not a good sign neither.
Ok that makes sense and I agree Im not completely convinced yet and Ive been testing it a bit.
Now about the whois info, well that is not a very good sign true.
Another query I had, They seem pretty genuine when you actually interact with them, on the phone and through mails, People have done Due Diligence on them through these means as well, In fact I have interacted with them through mails, I just wonder why would a scammer take time to explain and change situations?
I found another review, seems like a pretty good website, But I really cant seem to make much out of them. I wonder if anyone could really look into the address and Numbers since they have provided those? Anyone you know from London who may be able to look into it?

They as well as Open Trade and others have been hit with massive DDOS atacks and have managed to keep their presence–reasons why some were unable to access the site was not because they are SCAMMERS–it was due to those attacks–since then they both–along with others have engaged a newer better safer protection !

Oh c’mon - anyone who has been around the block can tell you this program absolutely reeks of scam by observing their MO (modus operandi) alone. I haven’t looked around, but I’m sure someone has done the leg work on this one. Any site that alleges a back story such as theirs is full of crap. If you don’t believe that, then you’re fooling yourself, because the crushing weight of history indicts the site. Particular programs that come to mind? SolidInvestment is probably the most notorious in recent memory, but there are plenty of others that have caused less “industry” upheaval. They usually have some variant on the acquisition/buyout/takeover/merger theme, have or will soon have their own debit card, appeal to their incorporated status to answer detractors (as though that’s definitive proof of their legitimacy), boast about the quantity of funds under management, issue bombastic denunciations of critics, whom they label “jealous competitors”, translate or provide means of translating their sites into different languages (any of this sound familiar?) to inspire global appeal and a sense of global presence, and so on and so forth.
These sites have become so pervasive and so consistently successful in doing what they do (robbing people of their money) that they deserve to be labeled and categorized in a sub-genre: “legitimation scams”. Any program that launches a PR campaign from its very inception that reflects an obsessive dedication - an unfaltering over-eagerness - to establishing a veneer of legitimacy would qualify. This site is a shining example and will come toppling down soon - I guarantee it. If anyone wants to place a bet on it, I’m sure Jude would hold our funds in escrow….

All scams were once also paying programs. An initial period of payments is absolutely necessary, otherwise no positive reputation is gained, which means next to no money comes in, which means nothing is in the admin’s possession to steal.

Did anyone receive the “mastercard” from a3union? If not how can you say it is a legitimate financial institution? If yes, ok, it’s impossible to be in Mastercard without investigations from them. Please let me know.

Why are you distrubing yourselves and going back and forth? All HYIPs are not reliable! Whether paying or not paying, they are all the same as they are not founded on fundamental business principles. If you want to guarantee your money then you need to go to traditional financial institutions that can be verified. I can tell you that you can make money on any HYIP depending on your ‘risk appetite’. I’m an experienced Fund Manager and I can tell you that investment market is ruled by GREED & FEAR. a3union has little in the way of bona-fide credentials to destroy. What credentials they do have stand up to only the most superficial scrutiny, which is another way of saying that a3union needs no help destroying its credentials, taking good care of that job itself.

Hi all, i have visited 69 Gabriels Road, London, its a House not the best of areas either, the phone code of 44 is the U.K. 0207 is a London code but nobody ever answers it, have you ever known anybody answer the phone in any of these HYIPS LOL !
The best laugh is to call one of the various so called Reps they have around the world they give you their phone numbers on their website, i called the Rep in the U.K. and asked for some more info on A3 Union he said he wouldnt touch it LOL ! and that he just used them to promote another program LOL ! which by the way was also a scam, GO FIGURE !

A3Union will show your investment return in your Cash Balance, but they will NOT give you a withdrawal. You might get 10.00 USD or 14.99 USD per day IF YOU ARE LUCKY, and I stress MIGHT. But you will NOT get your full cash balance EVER. Their automatic withdrawal system is extremely ineffective, and e-mails requesting a withdrawal go unanswered.
Don’t bother calling the phone Number because no one will answer. You will get a message stating how each individual investor it treated unique. HMMMM!
