So after Andy washes his hands off XLO to Tristar, here comes news from the acquirer

I would like to address the situation with XLO surf which we purchased several weeks ago. We spent some time going through the database and
examining how bad the damage really was and have discovered XLO to be in worse shape than what was originally portrayed to us by the admin
“Andy”.This has been very disheartening to us, We were very excited about the purchase of XLO and the opportunity to add this site to our network,
but after careful review of the database it does not look very promising at this time. We are not going to just give up, We will find a way to make this happen so the members of XLO can get there funds back and join us at Tri-Star Media in success and a bright future. Please remain patient as we continue to devise a plan to make this work. I will update you all after I have had some time to work the numbers.Thank you

Placing blame on Andy is a cowardly act …
Mr. Krimm should have known about the viability of the database BEFORE he bought XLO .. and he’s had close to a month to scratch his butt on this …
Maybe Andy was being smart or devious (as some say) by selling off XLO .. but Mr. Krimm only proves he’s not the smart one in this situation … no intelligent business person would just buy some other business w/o doing their research on the viability of it …
And now, close to a month later … Mr. Krimm basically says “It’s not looking good … It’s Andy’s fault …” Where’s Mr. Krimm’s personal responsibility for buying a business that “doesn’t look promising?”

My point here is from the point of sale forward … I already had voiced my feelings about Andy’s sale to Bob when it was happening …
Now Bob is the owner and has been for a month … Bob is not blameless here, despite him trying to appear that way …

My RSS still feed posts from TFT forum and many of them are like: “Andy, please count me in,” so he does have come up with something I guess?

Hey there Jude - good of you to discredit a new program even if you don;t know what it is, As it happens I have been posting on my forum every day - it is possible that these posts are in a not public part of the forum - but there are a lot of people there who read and comment.
Because I am not being a slave to the forums or the backstabbing or the innuendo or the lies does not mean that I have vanished - it just means I have to time to waste on that crap.
As far as this update from Bob - it saddens me greatly that he resorts to criticisin something that was not broken. If he wishes to not run XLO then just say so - but there is no need to lie.
XLO was sold - there was bitching at the time dolphin was loud in their complaints - among others. However - it was sold in complete good faith and I am sick of the wannabe experts who have decided it was not running well. Think about it just bloody stop your moaning and think. The program paid up to the date it was placed on hold. Bob bought it. Bob has cashflow to spare and reserves coming out his ears (if you listen to the stories). There is nothing to be done but hook the database up to a script and let it run. Not one damn thing. Hell Jude YOU could do it!!!! But ahh no the database is messed up. Crap it was not it is not.
Any thought or comment or lie that there was a problem with XLO is just that - a lie.
Now if you wish to discredit any future program from me (no doubt you have your reasons) then go for it. But as far as XLO goes - look at the current owner - it is out of my hands.
Well there is many posts readable to anyone that would have used their “loaf” to realise that you would find them in most likely spot that can be read by anyone as well. Like there is a big bloody topic where all Andys posts are moved to once or twice a week a bit hard to miss isnt it *wink*

Don’t know about the xlo situation as I was not a member, however Andy either stole or gave away a lot of money in TFT. I agree with Jude on the point of nobody should support any other program he tries to start up. He is dishonest and a thief and doesn’t deserve any support. If everything was so great with xlo, and he was making money, why did he sell?
This XLO sale is just another way too scam the punter having a go at these site !
Just another way out with our money dos attacks / hacking / payment processors closing accounts and now a new one we have to think about in sites we join admin decides to sell his site and expects no blame for site closure
I wasn’t in XLO but the focus should be on the current owner not the former. Kudos to Andy for still posting after the sale.
I still have faith in Andy and whatever programs he may introduce in future.
As for the sale, one thing i don’t understand, why is Bob paying money for a “useless piece of trash”? Really unbelievable even if he has money to burn. There is value in the database undoubtedly.
I am always simply amazed when people continue to cheerlead an admin who has proven to be completely dishonest. The only thing I can think of is these people are part of the very few that made money in his programs. The way TFT closure was handled(taking deposits after he knew the program was in trouble(early Dec.), giving one members money to pay another when he claimed he was investing the money, trying to get people to throw in more money with the so called ppp, and finally using whatever was left for a new scam) should tell anyone that this guy is dishonest as well as very poor at running a program. IF tft wasn’t a ponzi up until Dec., then the best you can say about him is he lied to members and was very bad at running a hyip. However everything that happened is too coincidental for me. Lets see, xlo starts to struggle, open up tft to help, buy an ad for a guarantee for tft to pull more money in to get xlo to the 12 month mark, finally claim “there were losses” to the tune of 97% and sell xlo. Lol, whoever trusts this admin is either extremely naive or simply too new at this to know any better, or is just flat out dilusional and refuses to face reality.
I wish i was in profit here but i joined a little too late. What you or Jude has said is right. Nevertheless, i am impressed with what Andy has done in his eight months of admin work.
It is important that we take autosurf as a game and if we are comfortable with the program and the admin, we sign up and go for a ride. The outcome is clear. Main thing is to play with spare cash, if you earn something at the end of the day, good news; if not, no hard feelings about the losses.
Since we are still going to be in the industry, putting money into autosurfs and be scammed at the end of the day, it would be better to prolong the experience than to lose the money to someone who disappear in a flash.
Good for you Andy. The sale of XLO is business. It is your business. It is not up to those so-called experts to question your integrity. Who do they think they are to tell you what to do?
I am not an “expert” but I have 10 pending payouts at TFT.

Andy is what I would call pure pond scum. What a liar, thief and master con-man. I can really see him selling Bob a worthless piece of junk. He sold a piece of junk website, kept all the members e-gold for himself and expects the new owner to pay all the liabilities. Is Andy going to donate any of the purchase price or the e-gold into a TFT victims restitution fund?
If Bob failed to perform DD, or did a sloppy job, he needs to work on his business skills because this type of behavior is going to eventually sink him and his corporation. Even if Bob did agree to this arrangement, it is obvious that Andy was looking for a sucker that he could use his conning skills on so that he could once again enrich himself and screw everyone else.
Look at what he did to the majority of his members. Misrepresented the current state of TFT, knowing that the site was already history, gladly accepting money, knowing there was no way in hell people were going to get any type of return, promising a 1/31/07 payment, reneged on that because people could not come up with hundreds of thousands of dollars for him to play with on a PP, and now he displays his arrogance with his, get over it attitude. Count your lucky stars that his PP fell through because he would have given the same BS excuses — no guarantees, you knew it was high risk and whatever else he could throw at people. These events were orchestrated for a long time by Andy. Where are all these partners he supposedly had?
TdInOz you seem to appear on every forum, every day, with the same drivel over and over. Do you even have a job or can we all assume Andy is taking good care of you. I hope you were well compensated with TFT members’ money. I can deduce Andy also picked up on the fact that you troll all the forums and was looking for someone who could give him the scoop on everything and aid in his scamming endeavors. That is why you were selected as a moderator for him. Your credibility is shot with a lot of people so I would forget the blog and get a real job, one you can be proud of.

Seems to me that there is a big case of stupidity out there in the arena. When a sale goes through the new owner assumes the obligation. No rocket science. If an NDA is signed - the the terms cannot be disclosed. No rocket science. How was Bob badly done by? He agreed to what he was buying and that is hat he got. If you want to be annoyed that you are not getting paid - go see the new owner. If you want no more to do with me - that’s fine too. I’d rather deal with adults who can take responsibility for themselves and don’t go completely over the edge when things don’t go their way. There is nothing arrogant about my attitude - it is factual and blunt but not arrogant. Some seem to think that high risk is only ok if it pays - and if not then it is a scam. they make no allowance for mistakes or failures. Their world must either be bloody perfect or very very very sad - as every day people make mistakes. Those that complain have shown no basis for their complaints, but damn its cool to post insults on the web isn’t it. Call people names. It’s so productive and conducive to your well being.

The only “stupidity out there” as you put it is on your part thinking that everyone is going to believe your continuous bs stories. Since you’re so concerned with the legalities of the NDA you signed, why weren’t you concerned with running an illegal ponzi? Notice the word “illegal?” You’re trying to act like an upstanding person, however you had no problem lying to members and misleading them as well as giving one member’s money to pay another, yet now you want to talk about an NDA? That’s laughable. If you still have the members money, you can talk about a sale all you want, it is you who owes them the money, not Bob. Plain and simple. How could he possibly be responsible for the money, if you have it? He couldn’t. You not paying them is fraudulent and you better take a look around to see what people are doing to admins when they are scamming. Take a look at what’s going on with stormysurf, rog’s program and others. Just because you sold xlo does not mean you get off scott free, especially since the money was never trasfered. Lets take a real world example of all this nonsense and bs. Lets say Ameritrade brokerage is going to buy out Datek brokerage. If we are to believe your line of bs, at some point during the negotiations, Datek says to Ameritrade, I’m selling you our client list, however all the cash and securities in their accounts are not transfering. We are keeping all that money for ourselves, so when you take over the clientele, you must come up with all that money out of the blue to pay them. Again, we are keeping all of that money for ourselves. Now, if I can stop laughing for a second, because the above is completely ridiculous and would never, ever happen, because it is illegal for them to keep the clients money and securities, yet this is what you expect us to believe? Come on Andy, you surely can come up with a better story than that. How about a new ppp, or maybe you lost 97% of the funds, or maybe the dog ate the money? Anyone who believes this nonsense is either heavily biased or can not think for themselves.
