I am owed over $2000 USD from Asian Pay which is several weeks late. Each time I contact them they feed me a new excuse why they haven't paid. Now they no longer answer emails and telephone calls so I have no idea if they're still in business.

Yesterday I made a local police report and faxed it to them in Chiang Mai and I will travel to Chiang Mai this weekend to make an official police report.

Please be very careful of dealing with Asian Pay.

Thank You Brandon,

I will take a look and take into consideration what you wrote here.
By the way, I use another merchant in my own country which is big and regulated properly in EU. So far no problems with payment.

Be very careful. AsianPay is fraudulent. They will gain your trust by giving you good deals, and then when you make a larger transaction they will just keep your money. Carlo Sorio who is the owner of AsianPay is now under investigation for fraud. I lost $1,200. I know others who have lost $20,000.

Hi,

I found this blog by mistake. I`m certified merchant of Asianpay and found them very good. Company I bought shopping cart from wanted to charge me US$350 for Asianpay payment system integration job!. Why? Because they want to make more money, though I paid for cart. They have big players in it like PayPal, WorldPay, 2Checkout etc, but I don`t care, I wanted good gateway processor and with affordable fees for new starter.

First of all Carlo promised to make code for free and I was allowed to give away and to share with other members who owns the same cart as well as with their Team what I did with pleasure.
Carlo also promised to make my shop work with cart within 2-3 days but I had to give him full access to my server and shop admin area to make a MOD. The cart`s team I use do not share their code so it is not possible to make unless you purchase their cart or TRUST someone like Carlo who is willing to do a job for you. There is no restriction on doing such thing, just your own risk and cart`s team don`t care. After I spoke with Carlo over the phone and exchanged many emails within couple of minutes or hours (very fast responses) I decided to give him a try, I started to trust him and Carlo got full access to my server and shop admin area and he did his job in timely manner :) He told me: "Adam if you give me an access today (Tuesday late evening, 2h time different Japan - Thailand) then everything will be ready by Friday." I gave him full access next day morning and...it was still ready by Friday. Thank You Carlo.
Furthermore, When I did my first test with cart I was surprised I wasn`t charged. I asked Carlo why is that and he said:" Adam we won`t charge your credit card, because we know you are testing system and still build your shop, we will do this when you tell us to do, it means from ....day please start charge purchases". I was very, very pleased because of this. I really did not think I wouldn`t be charged.

I hope it helps others. I`m not paid by Asianpay, it is not promotion, but this is reality.

I have followed the discussion here and I think judes intention was good and about caring for the readers … there is so many strange things going on out there. Thanks jude and everyone in here for caring for our investments and the wish of the best for us. Jude is respected by many people in the online industry and his blog have many readers.
Information is always to be pondered: where does it come from and in whoms interests… not always easy to do.

Mistakes and misunderstandings appear sometimes on the way - in what ever of human area - but how the solution is made up for tells about the people behind, and it give a pic on what kind of people we have to deal with and also some to learn from each perspective.

This posts have from my point of view give Asian pay a forum for clarifications and discussion and its done from the people represents AsianPay in such a excellent manner - my interest for AsianPay have indeed grown and Im after this conversations here even more confident with the business, made available to us all. Thanks to AsianPay for the ability to reach such a good solutions.

Hi All

I have been watching the debate unfold for a while, and it has been pretty good. There are lots of very smart people contributing, which is nice to see.

I am an Asianpay supporter, and a lawyer by training and education, and I know they AsianPay management peope are straight up, honest operators.

They are allowed to make mistakes, it is inevitable when you are in business. That's the risk. So far, so good. Nobody has been robbed.

It is not likely to occur. The business concept is hugely international, the service is required, and the market is immense here. Maybe Paypal or Ebay will want to buy them out. Time will tell. In the mean-time, the business just grows. Trust will be earned. Service will be delivered.

Check out everything about AsianPay, watch them closely.

That's my legal advice for the day.

Dear All,

I shall sum up the discussions here with a view to encourage all to understand Asianpay better and to support us in any ways possible in the years to come.....

Who are Asianpay's competitors and what do Asianpay do, other than the InvestorsCorner that most of the Hyipblog members are familiar?

We have competitors in many different Businesses but basically we are looking first of all to be the first Online Payments And Money Circulation Business that offer various combined services that follow our Company's Strategic Plan, that is pretty different from anyone of our competitors. We do not endeavour to have 100,000,000 members like PayPal as we follow a different strategy to grow carefully and steadily with loyal clients who appreciate your integrity, efficiency and excellent customer services. We would serve not only the biggest markets in Asia like China and India, but also would expand into Australia, USA and Europe with time.

Our target is to convert any of our customer into a lifetime Client, offering a range of services that will completely cover any Internet business need that our Clients would have.

We provide a more secured payment processing via our stringent verification and certification process to ensure we adhere proper Know-Your-Customer anti-AML procedures, just like normal banks do. Thus we offer protection to clients and merchants alike, from fraud and charge backs and offer unparalleled security online.

At the present time, through our Businesses, our customers can:

Register a domain name: https://www.chiangmaihosting.com

Hosts his/her web site at the lower prices on Internet with the better quality: https://www.chiangmaihosting.com

Get their web site designed with original templates, not pre-made universally COPIED templates at a fraction of the normal costs: https://www.chiangmaihosting.com

Take advantage of a skilled team of designers and programmer that can include in any web site a full E-commerce enabled system accepting Credit cards payments in minutes both from AsianPay Payments (https://asianpay.com) or AsianPay Gateway (https://www.asianpay.biz)
AsianPay payments will also offer very soon the possibilty for worldwide merchants to combine their own direct sales, with bargains offered at NO INSERTION FEES through our AsianPay Auctions, soon to be opened and that will be the first real Online Global Auction Web Site offered to all Asianpay members.

In the very near future participate in the biggest Asian Shopping Mall that was ever opened:
Asia Go Shopping (http://www.asiagoshopping.biz - this URL still not working, but will be very soon) with NO SETUP FEES, NO MONTHLY FEES and VERY LOW CREDIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS FEES

All E-Currencies Businesses & Partners can easily take advantage of the most profitable Gold Exchange Business via our

https://www.thailandgoldexchange.com

We offer low fees combined with a weekly rebate system that can earn huge amounts to recurring customers. The system has 6 level deep of referrals income, programmed to motivate our Affiliates to make income whenever any of their referrals up to 6 levels deep, transacts online. Affiliates would make a percentage of the fees that Asianpay charges for the transactions.

Moreover, we also run our own retail business for Thailand products (http://www.chiangmaisolutions.com) and our own export business for Container or LCL (less then full container loaded) orders from any
Country ( http://www.of-siam.biz ). On this Business we have a strong 7 years experience and we offer full services starting from Sourcing products, to professional packing, professional Containers loading, shipping and administrative issues.

Bottomline, we encourage all members of Asianpay to start building their network via their own referral links. As our valued Affiliates, like our investors and shareholders, you are assisting us to build Asianpay into a world-class organisation in the years to come.....

Thank you and Cheers.....

As our valued Affiliates, like our investors and shareholders, you are assisting us to build Asianpay into a world-class organisation in the years to come…..

Thank you and Cheers…..

May I suggest that both sides of the AP issue has been discussed to death in this thread and that everyone just give it a rest?

Well, maybe your style will not work with AP and other legally registered companies since they can make legal suits unlike those scam sites and half legal sites they can't threat you legal notices for if they do they can be exposed :)

marius, if you have just joined us in nobs, this has always been my style of writing, from the start of the blog establishment until now. so why do i have to change because of AP?

sometimes isn't it better if AP's side respond to negativity to prove themselves? (or maybe they aren't interested at all in the first place since we're in the HYIP commute where most of our programs are scams to begin with? ;) )

if AP is growing to be a company that's going to be listed in the near future, more criticism will be coming to its way, and they'll have to learn how to tackle the situations, instead of threatening with legal notices.

I'm not AP, maybe that's only my views.

Yo! Jude, is it not fair if before you published the negative post above, you have consulted AP first and asked their answer whether its true or not? and published AP's statement together? You said you are neutral, but you have just posted one's side which is the negative side which I know you are more interested than AP's side.

xqwats, the entry has already been edited to the benefits of both our readers and Asianpay.

Asianpay isn't a swindle and is a business entity that is running in both Singapore and Thailand, I respect that. But why should i rephrase a blog entry which meant nothing wrong? (which actually I did later)

I can't be bothered to continue senseless arguments, there's so much things we can do with the time with all of us arguing like children. Move on.
