Good job by Sharon! *She always gives us excellent reads don't she?

Makila, it really depends on how individual invest with their money, Sharon isn't wrong either when we're talking about leaving a program in time before it dies, then again like you, I'm adopting another strategy and am looking more towards HYIPs with Outside Income Sources.

Good year in 07 as we shift our paradigm towards the latter.

Excellent article! I would love to see more HYIPs with Outside Income Sources, since they don't rely on other members' investments and can sustain longer.

But you're right when you say that even if a program has outside income sources, they can fold as quick as a Ponzi-based HYIP.

This arena is very risky since you can't really know who is behind the websites; it could be an experienced trader like it could be a 13 years old kid!

Mind you, the oldest real estate site I could find is 8 years old and the oldest forex site thats still performing well is now 3 years old. Forex trading is a much younger game than real estate so it makes sense. What I wanna say is, that I do believe that some sites are in theory be able to last 10 years and that some sites WILL reach that point in practice as well. They are very very rare, but some programs will most likely last an eternity and wont just vanish into thin air. Its just a matter of finding them.
