I was doing my daily read of various blogs and saw that many of them are reporting on TriStar / B&B / Bob Krimm. In case you didn’t run across the information, accusations are everywhere. Members aren’t getting their money. They are not licensed, even though they are required to be. They are avoiding taxes. They are trying to move operations from Michigan to Florida to avoid legal problems. There’s a security flaw in sites that use TSMC. And the list goes on.

Here’s a list of some of the many reports:

http://surfbloodhound.com/bite-marks/come-out-come-out-wherever-you-are/ (My favorite because SBH is funny! SBH has several articles on the subject.)
    http://drunkonlife.net/home (February 24th)
    http://www.ponziscams.com/ (Several articles)
http://dolphinswink.com/?p=219 (The beginning of this article is a very thought provoking look at life. Dolphin’s look at TSMC is at the bottom.)

And what I found when I googled TriStar Money Changers:

    http://billyt.wordpress.com/2007/02/07/tri-star-money-changers-feeling-safe-are-we/
http://www.elitesurfing.com/tsmc_fix.php (Security hole with sites that use TSMC.)

There are 30,000+ google entries. I only looked through the first few pages and listed the best articles. All of my information is second-hand, since I’ve never dealt with them. However, I have a lot of trust in the sites that are full of negative information.

Past history shows what happens to a company that does financial transactions out of the USA without licensing. (Boy, am I glad that I’ve never had any dealings with Bob Krimm!) If your money is in anything even remotely linked to Bob Krim, please get it out ASAP. With all of the BBB complaints, it won’t be long before this mom-and-pop, kitchen-table organization is shut down. Once government gets involved, you won’t see a cent.

If anyone has additional information, either pro or con, please leave a comment.

Bob Krimm finally put out a video to “explain” everything. I couldn’t access the video, because it caused a script error for me. However, Dolphin has documented quite a bit of it. Her analysis is definately worth reading if you’re in anything related to TSMC.

Kudos to Dolphin for a spot on analysis!

      Sharon,

I lost money in the Tri-Star scam and I’m wondering if you know whats going on with Bob Krimm and if there will ever be anyway to get back any of my money?

I lost 22k and not seen a dollar. The chance of me seeing anything are not looking good. Have you contact an attorney or gone to small claims court? I really didn’t do much after because I was so depressed and sad that I put it out of my mine for 2 years and now finally coming back to it.

I lost 3,800 dollars in the tri star scam. I too have tried to put it out of my mind. I’ve been told if you go to Naple Fl. and file with the court you could get your money back. I just haven’t been able to get there yet to try. This was a few years ago who knows if hes still there.
