if answer is YES

Are these similar programs or which programs do you have now?
Why do you have programs running at the same time?
Is one program sustaining the other program?

I’m in full agreement with Sharon. True that someone who’s friendly and answers most of your question might still scam you, but I’d prefer someone who I can talk to first.

The initial and the follow up rapport is very important to me.
