LightHalzen – New Twist On The Profit Sharing Model
HYIP Reviews, New HYIPs, HYIPTags: LightHalzen.
Profit sharing has been around for a couple of months now. What’s being termed as the “old school” model, which is a static percentage earned every day for a static number of days, has been losing ground for a while. Fewer and fewer HYIPs/Autosurfs using the old school model are opening sucessfully and even fewer are surviving. In the wake of old school failures came the profit sharing model. The PS model consists of earning a percentage of your deposit based on a percentage of the previous day’s revenue. The percentage is usually capped at 10-15%. You continue earning until you’ve reached XXX% or the program folds, whichever occurs first.
What’s good about the PS model is that you can easily see when withdraws begin to exceed deposits. This is a double-edged sword because a slight downward trend can cause a panic run on withdraws, closing the program prematurely. What’s wrong with the PS model is that it is still a ponzi. As I’ve stated in previous articles and comments, being a ponzi is not necessarily a bad thing, even though it is illegal. You can get in and get out with a profit, although the majority will lose. Some of the PS programs include other things like advertising sales, lottery tickets, investments in other PS models, etc. with the daily deposit profits. The external things lengthen a PS program’s life, but the majority of income is still the deposits.
DesrtSkyMarketing was probably the best known PS model, although it wasn’t the first. Dustin is a good administrator and he’s trying hard to make DSM work. Although DSM2 closed prematurely, he is looking at launching a new site, perhaps tomorrow. DSM suffered from hit-and-runners. With the comings and goings of programs, the hit-and-run strategists have increased significantly. If I were to take a poll and people were honest, it would most likely show that there are more hit-and-runners, than program loyalists. Hit and runners are here to stay and programs have to either accommodate them or try to prevent them, if they are going to survive.
All of this brings me to LightHalzen, which opened March 5, 2007. They are a typical PS model with a twist. While some programs have tried to inhibit hit-and-runners by requiring a 50% upgrade to get paid, “Lemon” and “Unsaid” (the administrators), have come up with what I think is a unique idea. To inspire program loyalty, while accommodating hit-and-runners, they reward loyalists by paying them faster (earning a higher daily ROI) and still pay hit and runners at half the speed. (“Lemon” and “Unsaid” are long time MMG posters and are very active in the MMG LightHalzen thread.)
Not only did LightHalzen present a reward system for loyalists, they branded it. The system is called the “Knight System.” Members are divided into Young Knight (1st investment), White Knight (reinvest 50%+), Dark Knight (not reinvested) and Supreme Knight (reinvest 100%). They also created a cute avatar. Branding is a good way to increase loyalty, because it creates a feeling of familiarity among people.
Sidenote: The above link to LightHalzen does not have a referral ID. Dolphin has written excellent articles and an interview about LightHalzen, so I encourage you to use her link, if you join. As with any program, please do your homework before investing and only invest prudently.

Just dropped by to say thanks alot for all those kind things you said.
This concept didnt come easy and both the concept and the site took 3 months of preparation itself!
Now that it’s launched, things haven’t got easier as there is just endless things to handle. But, words such as you have wrote truly makes these all worthwhile.
We set out to make a difference, and i believe we are a step closer to those dreams, which is to create a utopia which stays, pays and cares.
So, we truly appreciate those nice words you have written about our humble site.
Thanks alot!
Cheers, Unsaid
no payouts since april 9th.starting to get confusing.up and down site.have not proved anything to me yet.not saying they are scam but use caution.seems to be alot of cheerleaders.please use your heads on this one, this program is unproven and people are touting it like it has paid everyone for years.its better if you dont post being paid untill you have gotten all your money back plus the interest as most sites like this pay out for a little while then close up shop. i see people on the monitors posting being paid today but lighthalzen hasnt paid anything out since the 9th of april.to me this causes red flags to go up.
